When I brought my laptop in to be repaired, and picked up the laptop, I was charged $150. $75 for labor and another $75 for them to diagnose the issue with the laptop and for them to detect any virus on my laptop, after I told them the issue with the laptop and that the laptop has never been attached to the internet. HE finally answered my phone call and stated its under lock and key and safe. He has not done any repairs or sent it out to be repaired and refuses to set up a time so I can just retrieve it and go to a different company. DO NOT drop off your product to him. I have had police go to his business and there is little they can do unless I want to press charges and up until now I was giving him the benefit of the doubt.
