The waiting areas are broken up so each office has an area for you to wait at. The nurses and doctors are very kind and listened to what I had to say and made a point to ask and answer any questions I had. I do recommend this place if it is one of the places your looking at

I knew Spectrum took my insurance, but no point did anyone ever talk finances or expected costs with me before or during my treatment. The actual PT care was fine, but after 3 sessions, I felt like everything I was doing there could have been done at home (no specialized equipment was used yet). When the charges came back at around $300/visit (roughly an hour long each), I could not afford to keep going. I had no idea it was going to cost that much per visit. I would say that if you have really good insurance or a low deductible, go for it because the staff are friendly and seem to really know their stuff. But, If you have a high deductible or no insurance, I'd seek elsewhere, as they were not transparent at all about their charges.

Series of questions asked and answered. There is a young man set up at the front taking care of all these protocols. Then waiting area is nicely spaced. While waiting for my therapist I would watch the same young man from the front door go over and clean and sanitize gym equipment stations. He would flip a sign on each piece to show it had been cleaned. Bryan is my physical therapist. Very friendly. He spent a good deal of time getting to the root of the injury and finding the right ways to strengthen and improve my shoulder. He gave me home exercises to do until I return and advised to not over do it.

Our child was seen here for PT, OT, and speech therapy. We do not feel that the level of treatment…read morethey offered was nearly sufficient for our child's needs. Of course there is only so much work that can be done during a single weekly appointment, but they also made no recommendations for additional in-home supports, which he obviously needs. The providers also spoke very unprofessionally about our child's former guardian, which made us uncomfortable. They also made us complete paperwork that turned out to be unnecessary (we told them it was at the time and they insisted otherwise). We were uncomfortable with the practice based on these and related concerns, but the tipping point was when they cancelled our appointment for being late, even though we were on the road during a snow event that made the roads unsafe to drive at normal speeds. They called the secondary caregiver instead of the primary for some reason, to tell us the appointment would be cancelled. When we tried to explain and begged for an exception given we just took in 3 children with high needs and multiple appointments and are struggling to get them to all on time, they refused to even let him have an abbreviated appointment when he arrived, even though last time they had offered us the spot immediately after his scheduled appointment so we know it was free. All in all, poor and unprofessional service. We will seek another facility for care.

My wife has triple (yes 3) knee replacements. Her 'good' knee was giving her problems (swelling,…read morepain, bruising and limited movement) after 15 years. Basically told to live with it. They didn't want to investigate the fluid causing the swelling because they were afraid of causing an infection. Hint: the other knee had an infection (hence the revision) and presented similarly. Every other doctor (family and the ortho we finally got to) thought the next logical step was to sample and verify an infection or not. Finally got a referral to a different ortho who tested, confirmed it is not an infection, gave a diagnosis and an action plan to help. We waited months to get an appointment at Falmouth to have this kind of experience and no hope. Over a year of suffering. Won't go back. If you need real help for an issue that is not routine, go somewhere else. Dr here is too afraid to take any risk for himself.

He was great with me and said I only needed pt, not surgery. I was happy with him and did pt. I still struggle and often go back to see Dr. Hoffman's assistant Noel, who is fabulous. He always listens to me and is good with painless cortisone shots which have kept me going. I recommend both Docs highly.
