Dave was awesome, he was ready to roll soon as I walked in, after I did the usually paperwork we got to work. The shop has a great vibe, everyone one was friendly and the shop is very open and mellow. Dave did a great job, we had a nice conversation while he worked on my piece. Before I knew it we were done and I was out of there. I want to thank the crew there for being professional and having such a great environment for getting a quick tattoo, and thanks again Dave for doing such a good job on my new ink. When I am in the area again I wouldn't have a second thought about going to get more work done at the shop.

I really have to say that this tattoo shop was a wonderful experience to have on a Saturday morning. Michelle the owner in tattooer was probably one of the most gracious and amazing people I have met. While I was not the one to get tattooed by her the conversation that we had as a group was just amazing. She is a beautiful soul. Her ability to be so open and understanding of similar life experiences while making it about the person and not just herself was fantastic. While I was the not the one who is getting tattooed she made me feel comfortable in the space that she provided. She even gave me a recommendation about a tattoo cover up that I've been thinking about for some years now. She made me feel assured and comfortable that what I wanted is a possibility and to not be afraid to go for it. Michelle is a warm and friendly individual that only allows positivity in her space. I used to live right down the road from this place so figured I'd go there to get a quick, small tattoo. The tattoo is all line work - two triangle shapes and a check mark - not hard right? So I go to get my tattoo and walk out with this. The lines are completely inconsistent in color and thickness. If you look carefully, you can see where the thickness varies and the lines aren't straight. Since this was back in 2017, I have no idea who at the shop did this one. But that's my own fault for not caring enough until now.

The shop is very clean,comfortable and prices are very reasonable for the quality of work produced from the artists. These guys put out tattoos that are as good as anyone I have seen in the Pittsburgh area,I know plenty of people who have had work done from the various artists at NOF and all were extremely satisfied. You can usually get in an appointment in a short period of time,no crazy waiting lists compared to some shops in the area. And walks ins for smaller tattoos are welcome as well. I got my tattoo here last month by Amy, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience, which is a pretty big deal when you're dealing with something as permanent as a tattoo.. not like I can just demand a refund if I'm unhappy. From my very first time there to make my appointment, I was impressed by what I saw and experienced. First and foremost, the studio is clean and organized.. BIG deal. Amy is super cool and friendly, and she literally may be the easiest person to work with. They do require a small deposit when you book an appointment, but they're really flexible about it. The day of my appointment, Amy opened the shop early to do my tattoo, which was super cool of her. She took time before hand to perfect my idea and make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and really helped ease my nerves as we stood there and talked.. she's got a great personality! He pierced my ears quickly with very little pain and they are perfectly even. The prices were great as well - I paid $50 for my second lobe piercings (both the service and jewelry) but honestly, I would have paid more just because it was such a blast to talk to him. My friend paid $35 for her cartilage piercing, which is by far the best price for miles around. Luckily, none of us passed out, peed, or did both in quick succession. The shop was clean and the other staff were very friendly as well. Overall, we had so much fun and Joe did a great job with all of our piercings!
