If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Bait and switch on the same day pickup in my city I placed an order for same day pickup in my area. After order confirmation, then informed me, they could have it available for pickup 90 minutes from where they said it would be available. Also note, I do not live in a rural area, so this is completely unacceptable. They then proceeded to tell me I could get it delivered same day but I would have to pay an additional $20. In addition, I was on chat with customer service and the moment I asked for a cancellation and a refund, they never responded, although previously responding expeditiously. Horrible service! SCAM! I ordered one shirt and provided my artwork. I am in SOMA SF. After I entered my address, the screen read that my shirt would be ready to pick-up in SF by 5PM. My email confirmation said that a shop in Stockton which is a 1.5 hour drive. That is not local. I called the print shop less than 30 minutes after I placed the order and asked them to cancel the order, and they said it had already went to print... They asked if I wanted rush shipping for 2x of the shirt cost, but even then the shirt would be late. I needed it in 2 days. The WILD thing is on the site rush service was only 10.00 extra, but the shop was gonna charge me 40.00 extra... And to top it off Bank of America denied my claim because the shirt did arrive, albeit 4 days late. read more

I order 2 mediums, 1 large, and 1 XL for me and my friends. When I got the order, they did not scale up the image to reflect the shirt size. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I contacted customer support immediately, and they told me that I need to re-order the shirts, and leave a note for them to upscale the image size to match the shirt size.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked if this information/instruction was found anywhere on their website, and they told me it is not and it should just be assumed that I should have to do that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Excuse me? This is the first time I have ever ordered a custom shirt, so how am I supposed to know that a company that prints custom shirts all day every day needs special instructions to scale up an image to match the size of a shirt??? Horrible experience. This company is overpriced, underwhelming, and trying to do way too many things from an operations perspective. Well well well. So here is where all the truthful reviews are! On their website it's all five star reviews. Of course. Scam reviews for a scam company. I will be reporting them to the BBB. A week ago I placed an order for one shirt to be made for an event that was to take place 6 days later. The person I worked with online to create the image was very nice and the design was perfect! Because of my color of the shirt (dark purple, hard to believe not found anywhere) needed, she said it would have to come out of their Pennsylvania location and be sent to me, but I could pay for rush delivery and I would receive it by 2 days prior to my appointment event, which would have been this past Monday. The order was placed on last Thursday and I checked the status on Saturday to see where it was in transit. All it said was the label was printed on Friday (the day after I placed the order) but that the UPS facility had not received the package. Of course on the weekend you can't get a live person. Monday came. No shirt. The status was still the same. I sent a message to them and I got a response that they will send me to someone that can handle it. Never heard anything. Tuesday came no shirt and sent a message again and they apologized and said they will refund the rush order fee and send my shirt for free. I said it's too late now because I need it the next morning! They said they will cancel the order and refund 10%. I told them I want the FULL refund. I'm sure I will never see any sort of refund. In the end, at our local mall in town was a t shirt place and he made it up and it looked great! Should have went there in the first place! Stay away from Same Day Custom online. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Same Day Custom Design because this place is an absolute SCAM! I ordered two items and paid extra for expedited care delivery, expecting them to arrive as promised. Instead, my items have been sitting at the fulfillment center for hours with no updates. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I called to get answers, the representative told me the store was closed, they didn't see the rush shipping on my order (despite it clearly being on my bill), and then had the audacity to suggest that I should have called earlier because "everyone is busy with the holiday season."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Excuse me? I paid for expedited shipping so I wouldn't have to worry about calling! To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund because they didn't deliver on their promise, they offered me a measly 10%. TEN PERCENT?! That's insulting. I paid for my items to arrive on time, not whenever they feel like delivering them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Save yourself the frustration and stay FAR AWAY from this place. Then you have to hope that the printing store has the correct color and size that you've designed in stock and they're and navy could be a totally different navy and that store carries so support your local businesses don't have this California outsource it to some other town. I had a good and bad experience with SameDay Custom. I'll be glad to explain it here, but before I begin, I want to make it clear that they are just a platform that allows you to design a print using their tools or upload your own already created design, typically for a select few colors and styles of tops. The first time I ordered, I needed a hoody created literally; same day. I had uploaded my design and my custom order was prepared with art on the front and back of a black hoody with color. Once your design is ready, you provide your current location and they search for the nearest t-shirt print shop to fulfill the order. For me, it was 26 minutes away, and no big deal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The second time I ordered really upset me. I was super excited to attend Game 4 of the NDLS Mets vs Phillies at Citi Field in Queens. I was at work already 2 hours away, and later headed to pick up my cousin at the half-way point Elizabeth, NJ. I uploaded my design and chose Elizabeth, NJ for my pick up location. I placed the order the day before late in the evening and had confirmation it would be ready by 11:30 "from" Elizabeth. Notice the "from"? "From" is significantly different that the word "in"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I also didn't pay for any expedited service which they can do if you need something printed A$AP Rocky. Anyway, I got an email the following morning at about 9 something saying my order is available for pick up in Washington, NJ! Another 1hr from Elizabeth, NJ. I contacted them and a customer service agent offered to deliver it from Washington, NJ directly to me in Lakewood for $80! I kindly reminded the support agent that I didn't ask for it to be printed in Washington, NJ AND why am I paying for the delivery. She then tried to offer a 10% discount on the delivery. You can't make this sh*t up! After losing my patience entirely and getting no where with the agent, I escalated it to a refund. Still, nothing was easy. They only offered a partial refund with delivery of the hoody 7 days later. If I haven't already expressed my discontent that I needed the hoody that day, I was so livid. Anyway, it was a helluva game, and I never received a refund and still nice enough to give it 4 stars. Just be mindful of everything I told you if you ever use them to make a design or upload your own. read more

I placed an order on a Saturday night for 5 shirts and a hat for my business. I needed it delivered by Wednesday of the upcoming week (3 business days) as my business was leaving for a convention on Thursday morning. I submitted the order, and I paid $130 for expedited shipping. Same Day Custom estimated I would have my order by Tuesday, which was in advance of when I would need the items. Unfortunately, the order did not show up on Tuesday OR Wednesday, and my team and I have to leave for our convention on Thursday morning without any of the items I had ordered (and paid $130 for shipping). The order arrived at my business on Thursday or Friday, but it was already too late as we had left for the convention. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This business charged an exurbanite amount for shipping, missed their own deadline, and have not responded to my help tickets, text messages, or emails through their website regarding my problem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This business will deliver your order, but please do not make the mistake of trusting their shipping timing. Unfortunately, this is business is a scam, and their customer support agents do everything but answer very simple yes or no questions. I was looking to order 6 tshirts for same day pickup in NC. When I get to check out, there was no option for pickup or same day. I chat with the agent and he refuses to answer my simple question "is there a location in raleigh NC?". Finally after asking 3 times, he tells me there is no NC location. I ask several times if there is no location, why is there an entire page dedicated to their Raleigh NC store with supposed photos of the employees, inside the print store, and tshirts, and promises of same day pickup? He refuses to answer, just says that they can ship to me instead. I then told him that my shipping estimate claimed that the shirts would be delivered on sunday the 10th, which would be only 5 business days after ordering, or 4 if they are off for the monday holiday. I asked if he could guarantee that I would either receive the shirts by then or get a refund, since there is typically no mail or shipping at all on sundays. He would not answer, but instead told me that "you will be provided with the exact turn around time your order will be ready for shipping". I sent a screenshot of my shipping estimate, again asking if I would get them by sunday the 10th, only 4-5 business days after ordering. He said that the turn around time is 7 business days, and that's after the time it takes to receive, print, and process the order. He also said that it depends on the number of shirts in the order as well. So I asked him, if my shipping estimate claims they will be delivered in 5 business days, but you are stating that it takes a minimum of 7, not including the time it takes to print them, then how can I trust the estimate? He continued to give me the same, repeat non-answers, until he finally admitted "hopefully we will be able to ship it for you before the 12th of this month, and we will notify you if it will actually be shipped or not and we will refund you if it didn't shipped or the production didn't start." So as a recap, they lie about the store locations available, lie about same day pickup at a location, and offer false promises of shipping estimate at check out. I would HIGHLY recommend staying far away from this company. The discount on shirts is most likely there for a reason. For the amount of money we paid for this t-shirt (47.00), when we realized that the text color wasn't the one we wanted, they refused to make us a new one, which they mentioned only takes 20 min because of the cost of the material. We know tshirts cost less then 47 dollars and printing text isn't that much money either. We just didnt appreciate this type of bad business for how expensive it was to purchase. read more
