However- when I called back with concerns they told me that the kitten had to go on a list before they would take her back. Thank God the kitten and I worked together and she is now a very happy cat in my home. But, when I called back to let them know I was keeping the kitten they acted as though they didn't care either way... (very sad). They also don't give you enough information on line on each specific animal about their personalities etc...
