In the rear, there are large brown stains on the rear seats too, running along all the stitched seams. completely obvious and unmissable. I go in and mention these to the salesman. He says 'well they weren't there before' (!!). The car has only been on the website for a week, and its xmas week, so not a lot of open business days and i can't imagine how they suddenly appeared.... He keeps showing me some obviously photoshopped photos of the car seats on the website, as if i'm making it up - so I make him go out to the car to look with me. He maintains that these are new (!!), that they have occurred after the car was photographed i.e. somehow over the last week... - they look very old and completely ingrained in the leather to me. Then he says, no problem, he can definitely get them out... but he'll only do it if I pay a deposit on the car today (wednesday). And the leather cleaning guy isn't coming till monday. No, i can't pay a deposit once the stains have been removed and i've come back to check this. Honestly, its fraudulent to put photoshopped pictures on a website, lying to say that these stains have only just miraculously appeared and then just ridiculous trying to lever cash out of a customer before a huge problem with the car has been fixed. terrible, terrible business, would never spend my money with them. 'We sell 40 cars a month' he says - i have no idea how with a total tosser like this selling them.

Test drives can be taken as required and staff are flexible in terms of the type of drive you want to experience (urban or motorway). Toilet and refreshment facilites are available. The servicing area is a Renault Minute facility. This is essentially a minor servicing facility undertaking smaller jobs. Again staff are very accommodating. Courtesy cars are not normally necessary here as the jobs are generally smaller but lifts can be give and/or your car delivered back to you. In the latter case you may have to take the driver back to the garage! Parking is limited but generally available. Recommended for minor servicing needs and if you are looking for a good quality used Renault.
