I bought a car from this garage about 5 months ago and have been having problems ever since! Worse £4000 I have EVER spend! It has cost me nearly half that to 'fix' the numerous issues with the car. When I bought the car they seemed really friendly and I liked the fact it came 'ready to go' with an MOT, Service and 6 months warranty (which obviously doesn't exist) They said any problems bring it back they will sort it. However less than a week later there was a nasty rattling noise while I was driving I called them straight away and was told its fine, as its just had an MOT so nothing is wrong, and that maybe its the 'new' parts they fitted wearing in. Another week passes and the noise gets worse, I call again and AGAIN get fobbed off. By this time my friend who is a mechanic offered to have a look and found a multitude of problems with the car. And even said how an earth did this pass the MOT. I feel completely ripped off and have now been told its my own problem as it not covered under their warranty Thank you Windsor Classics!!! read more

I bought a car from here six months ago and it was the best one I could find for the price as they put tax an a new mot on the car for me which I was struggling to get from other garages and I was really tight on budget so it made a big difference! Three weeks after buying the car I hit a curb and bent something on the car so I called the garage to find out if this was covered by the warranty but it wasn't as it was my fault but they told me bring it down they'd have a look so I did and explained how I would just like a quote as i didn't have much money! And to my surprise they offered to charge me for the parts and NO labour as I'd recommended my friend to them and even though she hadn't bought a car from them(only a pair of tyres) they wanted to help me out to say thanks! After being referred by a family member who recommend them after 20 years with them, I was assured the same service....friendly, knowledgable and able to meet my very picky needs. I am very confident with my new car, it comes with free mot forever which is a huge perk for me. My wife and I recently purchased a car from Windisor Classics (1.4 litre, Black, Corsa, 2008) We wanted a car that was cheaper to run, with the rising fuel prices. Our old 1999 Ford Focus had seen better days and it was time of an upgrade (before the next MOT!) We didn't expect the garage to want our old car as a part ex, but we did ask and they offered us a far price, and more than we expected to be honest. It saved us the hassle of selling our old one, and took the price down of our new car. After searching around lots of places, I managed to get a car in great condition at a fantastic price with a great service. With a full engine service, MOT and all other bits replaced which needed to be, I was really impressed with the dealership. There was an issue with the DVLA about registering the car, but Windisor classics did all they could to make it a smooth process and sort it as quickly as they could within their power. we bought a 55 plate corsa from windisor classics could not do enough for me, my dad came with me to look at the cars (none with turbos know wouldnt get insured) lloyd was so helpfull. the car had a new mot and full service any little extras i asked for was no problem! have had the car since jan2011.
