I previewed items the day before but the items I saw were gone. The store is small enough to not seem suffocated. There are a lot of cut odds and ends. However, the cashiers always want to make small talk with customers and it takes forever to check out one customer with one item. The conversation is usually about personal matters. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I ended up leaving and not purchasing a single item in my basket. One item had no price so they had to send someone on a goose chase to get pricing. Don't have all afternoon to wait. Also - every single visit - you get this run down - Do you have our credit card, would you like to apply for our credit card, you can save money today. This store needs some personnel training.

My payment had already went through but they said "payment was never received" and it didn't print out a receipt So they rung the same item I already paid for, for a second time. That also went through. I bought one item twice. I asked a manager about receiving the first payment back since they charged me twice and she told me I would receive it that same night. I never received it and called the store location. I was told by a different employee "we can't do anything about that and you need to contact HR". So I did and they told me the same thing AND that I would also need to contact my bank instead. Well I got my money back but it wasn't from this company. Super disappointed and upset with how this company does business.

Going to Five Below is like taking a Dollar Store to Baller status. And yes, "It's all about the Lincoln's baby" ....not the Washington's. I make it rain on Five Below each time I go there. And what is not to like for anything under $5.00???   Five Below carries huge selection of various products from cellphone accessories, various beach products, cool, funny shirts, candies, home décor, books, fitness and sporting goods, etc.   The store is nice and clean and organized. It's been a bit of a miss at the outlet location, but I guess there just isn't the variety or "newness" of the regular stores. Same with service here. Either someone is following me around the entire time, or doesn't acknowledge my presence. (Which is totally fine by me... I usually know what I'm looking for and don't require a ton of help.) I will say, when I can find a pair of shoes I like, I snatch them up. They are pretty good quality and last for quite awhile. Same for most of the clothing too. The pants here don't seem to fit my body type, but hey, you can't win em all. I do really enjoy their dresses though, and the sale racks, (while usually packed with stuff) can be a bit difficult to navigate, you can sometimes find a pretty good steal here.

We stocked up on Christmas decorations for next year and then shopped the women's clothes where we picked out a fun sweater at a decent price. Even though the store was busy, we didn't have to wait in line at the checkout, and the employees were friendly and supplied us with gift receipts. There's also a Starbucks located inside if you need a pick me up.

This is a regular target layout with a Starbucks inside. The store and restrooms are impeccably clean and thats always a good thing! Had a situation where my kids and I didn't feel safe exciting the store and the staff ensured and escort to our car and waited until we drove off. Kindness can go a long way and I have heard of people say things like the store they visited didn't assist in a situation where they didn't feel safe, glad to say that wasn't my case.
