But Zack wanted to check one more thing before he left and found an obscure problem that I had inadvertently caused myself. I took my truck to a reputable shop. I then found out that top tech didn't do the work i was charged. They replaced injectors but didn't clean the fuel tank or fuel line. They did not change the fuel filter. Thats why the injectors stopped working after on 6 months and 15k later. The new shop did the full job and got me on the road for 7 thousand less. I usually research the issue before I go in, so I have an idea of what's wrong and a ballpark price in mind for parts and labor. Top Tech's pricing is always very competitive, often two to three times less than what the dealership would charge for the exact same service. The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand behind it. My first experience five years ago sealed the deal for me: a speed sensor went out, which put my car into limp mode. Every other shop I called didn't want to touch it. They didn't believe me that it was just a speed sensor issue and were convinced it was the transmission. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn't hesitate. They jumped right on it, confirmed the issue, and gave me a fair estimate for both parts and labor. That repair alone saved me hundreds compared to the dealership price plus a long tow. Since then, I've been a loyal customer. Oil changes, brakes, water pump, serpentine belt, squeaking pulley and all required maintenance, Top Tech does it all. Moe's Towing charged me 420 dollars for an in city tow hoping they could keep my truck and the…read moreexpensive motorcycle that was on back of the truck. It didn't happen I had the money to get my truck and the bike out of tow. When I got to the towing company the guys were behind the counter giving a young couple a hard time on getting their vehicle out of tow. When I presented the funds to get my truck and the bike out of tow the guy started tacking on extra charges, I ask why the tow was so expensive and he called me a fucking idiot, I said don't call me an idiot, the reason they had my vehicle to begin with is the city had called because my son had a medical issue and had to go by ambulance to the hospital, Moe's towing seen that expensive motorcycle on back of the truck and tried to charge me so much for towing that I would not be able to pay the towing fee. I will contact the city counsel the BBB and the board of wreakers and put flyers all over town to shut this greedy rip off towing company down. They damaged my truck and have refused to pay for the damage. If you have been ripped off my Moe's towing please join me in contacting the board of wreakers the BBB and the city of Cleveland to shut the thieves down.
