Tommy was the salesman and Danny installed it once it arrived. These guys are pros and always do a great job. The lights were wired perfectly and the shell was placed on my new truck so everything was straight and aligned right. If you want it done right this is the place.

just now New August…read more2025 I ordered a building through Duane Ferrel at Premier building. It was delivered to me from the factory on 10 /8/2025, With damages on the metal roof. I hesitated to let them deliver it, but was convinced by the deliver guy that this would be a simple fix within a couple of weeks. In 10/23/2025, I reached out to Duane Ferrel for an update on the repair that needed to be done to the roof explaining to him that this needs to be fixed quickly because of the possibility of bad weather blowing in and creating even more damage to the shed. He texted me back with a message stating that they should be out this weekend if they have the aluminum piece or if not for sure by next week we are now in December and I reached back out to Duane Ferrel leaving him a lengthy message explaining what my next steps will be if I cannot get the shed repaired within a week. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would be very cautious and dealing with his company. There is no sense that we are now sitting on two months with no repairs and very possibly further damage because of their lack of concern for a customer

The issue I'm having with camping world (this one in particular) is that they told us we were approved for the trailer we were looking at. They told us the monthly prince and who we were approved with. We made a deal that we wanted to see the trailer hooked up to make sure the lights and utilities worked before we took the trailer off the lot. They agreed and we signed paperwork. Tell me why 2 days later we get a call saying we need a co-signer and that we weren't approved? I told them there must be Miss communication happening because we were approved. We waited to hear back. We didnt hear anything so we figured no news is good news! The day we agreed to see the trailer hooked up, our friends came down with their truck because I figured there wouldn't be an issue and we could use their truck to tow it back to the house. We were then informed that we were still waiting to be approved and that our monthly payments went down because our credit was better than we told them! I started to get nervous because we already signed papers. To make it worse, the trailer was not hooked up. And we would have to wait additional time for it to be hooked up! We decided to go get something to eat and while we were eating we were told we were not approved. This is absolutely insane to be going back and forth with customers who already signed paperwork and had an agreed upon date to see the trailer. We already agreed how much to put down, and what our payment would be and who we were financing with. This is awful business practices

Heard that Campers Unlimited was being opened and would carry the same amazing customer service that Billy offered and they did just that. I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.

Normally, this would be an easy fix for him, but in his current medical/physical condition it was not. I called Prime Repair going on their 5-star reviews, and they said they would be there in 30 minutes. When they arrived the technician noticed that two other tires were bulging at the sidewalls and could blow as well. The tires were less than 2-years old and Michelins, far from the 60,000 mile guarantee. They gave us a price for 4 new tires, and we went with them. The technician made two trips back/forth from the initial visit. New tires, excellent service and thankful they were there for us all in the oncology parking lot. Sidenote: Just a few weeks ago our kids (and "soon arriving" grandbaby) were visiting from out of state, they took the truck to Viriginia for a day trip. We cannot be thanking God enough for their safety, as not realizing the tires were definitely defective. Not to mention my husbands 25 mile drive to oncology yesterday.
