I mentioned the issue and she pretended to care and say she will come to clean my house...well, after she agreed to clean my place again I called back the day my cleaning was scheduled and no surprise she did not answer a few times I called. Finally she answered and seemed to not understand or remember any of our conversations. I discussed again with her why she never showed up and she hung up the phone on me. When I called back a few days later and messaged to see what the issue is she never answered.

The cleaner showed up with almost no supplies (no vacuum, broom, or proper cleaning tools) and finished a 2,700 sq ft home in 2 hours, which is unrealistic. Communication with the owner was consistently poor. She later offered a "complimentary" clean but forgot to confirm it and rescheduled without notice. A few days later, my daughter realized her wallet was missing--the last time she saw it was the day the cleaner was here. I checked her Greenlight account and found multiple unauthorized charges. The locations match the area the cleaner said he was from. When I contacted the owner, I was blocked. I have camera footage, and police reports have been filed. Questionable business practices: I considered contracting…read morethis company to clean my daughter and son in law's place, but am questioning their business practices. Initially, I submitted a request for a proposal online, which took me nearly 2 weeks to receive. After reviewing the proposal, I decided to move forward, and they sent me a contract. On page 4 of their contract, sent by the Operations Manager, it states "we would be glad to send you a certificate showing our insurance is complete and up to date." However, when I requested it, Ms. Lopez refused to provide it, and stated they would be glad to "show us" their insurance when they arrived for cleaning. They require you to sign and adhere to a contract in order to even schedule a cleaning, but you are not able to make sure they are properly insured and bonded BEFORE signing the contract. When I questioned it, Ms. Lopez got defensive and is not returning my phone calls. This just does not sit well with me, despite their online reviews. BUYERS BEWARE!
