He looked at me with shock when I told him when I needed the dress. He said prom dresses need a least a couple of weeks to be done and he had so many to do. I apologized for my ignorance and told its ok if he's wasn't able to take on the work but he told me it was ok and that he just wouldn't take on any other work. I couldn't believe how accommodating he was being. I was so appreciative that I didn't even ask how much it would cost. He even gave me a date 2 days before prom to pick it up. I have to admit that when I left I began to worry about the cost of this rush job but when I returned not only had he done an amazing job with the dress he only charged me $40 for the work!! Brand new. Still in original package. Told them no rush as I had an entire week until they were needed. I picked up everything and my mistake was not checking them on spot. Why would I? Was a simple task. Instead as I took them out of the package to wear them, NONE of them were hemmed. So I called the store and was told to bring them back. No problem. Instead it was nothing but one. The man at the front was super defensive. Said there was no way that was true. They have a system and that's impossible. I explained I only had three new pairs of uniform pants so I'm not sure how I still have three but none were hemmed. Clearly they were returned to me the way I left them with them. He told me he would have them hemmed, three pairs on my second attempt in 4 days. I couldn't figure out why it would take so long. Basically he wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, kept repeating himself about their system and that I was wrong but he would still do them. If you're looking for somewhere to pay for services with no results, Aqua Cleaners is the place to go! Odd though that he did say everything gets tagged and then showed me a rather large basket with untagged clothes... Good luck, but never will I trust them with any other items of clothing. Highly NOT recommended!
