Multiples erreurs de livraison qui nous ont laissés avec des meubles incomplets dans notre salon, non fonctionnels pendants quelques semaines parce que nous avions donnés nos autres meubles, livraison de certains articles non conformes à notre commande initiale, et la " cerise sur le sunday ", un manque total de service à la clientèle, alors que chaque personne à qui nous avons parlé nous a laissé poireauter pendant plusieurs semaines, en nous promettant des corrections, mais sans jamais faire de suivi, nous forçant à les recontacter constamment. If you like modern furniture with clean lines this is your go to place. You can walk around undisturbed in a no pressure environment. There is some high end furniture imported from Europe as well if you've got deep pockets. They also support a lot of local Quebec based furniture makers. They have the occasional sale but you can negotiate 10% off usually. If you're tired of furniture stores like B&M selling bulky 80s inspired decor, then give this place a try. read more

Another bad experience. After spending a lot of money on furniture, we wen back to buy few accessories. Bought a rug for our kitchen and didn't fit as we would like to. Went back the very next day and we were not able to get a refund (as per the policy that no one reads). Their business: they will give you a credit, sell the product to another customer (double profit) and you will buy something you don't want by spending the credit you got in return. Customer service is not good, delivery time is never accurate, so they push the sell with promise dates that are far from reality. so, please be careful and expect nothing but bad services. read more

save your time, the toronto store is a consumer's nightmare! explain why it takes more than 5 weeks to get a sofa from lavel to toronto? like really? and they still dont't know where it is? no answers, buy your furniture some place else. just a bad experience all round read more

Maybe Maison Corbeil has quality products but the customer service is not great. Staff is not very helpful and unless you ask for help no one will come and see you to ask questions on what you're looking for. It's unfortunate because the two times that we weren't there, we had the same experience. You can have great furniture but if you don't take the time to show products, it's not worth it. Non-existant customer service! Super-frustrating! Ordered sofa last spring, left $900 deposit, they said it would be delivered in Sept. It is now Sept and I am trying to get a delivery date. I left about 10 voicemails in different places because no one ever answers EVER. And no one ever replies to voicemails! TOTAL lack of service, responsiveness and professionalism. I really thought that Maison Corbeil was better than that, but I clearly stand corrected by their total lack of respect for the customer. What a disaster of a company! read more
