The customer service is awful . I bought an armchair and there was stain on that just because of water spilled out on it, it seems that the color has been remove with water. I asked for quarantine services form the customer service they said they are not working with the supplier anymore and and can not help me. I also told them that I have the willing to pay if it is needed but they say we cant do anything for you. I do not recommend any one to buy furniture from Maison Corbeil as there is no policy for guarantee and warranted at all. I am supper mad about their services. read more

I ordered chairs in November 2012 for delivery end of February 2013. Mid-March, I finally arranged for delivery today (April 13), a full 6 weeks late. I had to call twice -- once on February 28 and once mid-March -- to see what was happening, because I never got called when the chairs arrived at the depot. It was mid-March when I was finally told that the chairs had arrived at the depot, but nobody had bothered calling me to schedule delivery. Delivery is from 9am-5pm, with a courtesy call an hour before. It's now 5:01pm, I haven't been called and the store can't reach the driver. read more

Overrated and very bad service, quality is almost none existent.. I bought 8 different items for 15000.00$ and most had some kind of quality or pricing problems 4 metal chaise long, $500.00 each came rusted out of the box. The store resisted any refund, I accepted credit note because I needed to buy more stuff. 2 out of 8 chairs for the backyard table came with twisted legs. That is a $2000.00 table. Dining table with chairs $4,999.00 plus $1,600.00 for the chairs. Got the table at $3,650.00. before delivery they dropped the price to $2999.00 however the store refused to drop the price to match their own price even when I did not take possession yet, really weird and cheap management. They offered credit of $500.00 instead, so I am losing $150.00 and now I have to use the $500.00 in their store A bedroom mirror, $1000.00, came with a defect. A palm vase $1,050.00 came scratched and chipped. The store told me to go to the warehouse and choose the best available one because they all have "something". 2 bar stools, one is defective and scratched All to make it worse, they make you pay a downpayment which is understandable but on delivery credit cards are not acceptable. You must pay by a bank draft. They cash it and now you wait for them to fix the problem I know that these guys are here to make profit but this is one of the worst experience we had when it came to furniture Just be careful read more

1st of all, the place is somewhat expensive for what you get. Luckily they do have nice stuff. The overall service is par at best. We got our furniture delivered 2 months later than expected (5 months almost after the purchase date). Their delivery system is sub-par for the simple reason that the two times we purchased from them, they forgot to add it on the bill, and the delivery guy was expecting us to pay a hefty balance. It took about an hour of phone calls to fix the problem. They also were missing two pieces to install the bed properly. The only reason I give it 3 instead of 2 is because when we went to the store, they quickly did all they could to fix the problem and within 2 minutes the extra pieces were in my hands. They still have some work to do to become more efficient. read more

There wasn't too much choice for top loaders.The salesman didn't even know about the 60 months no interest financing announced on the website...However he was very useful for giving info on different washing machines and their specifics.
