The ceramic coat is fantastic and it's so gratifying to watch water bead up and drip right off. They also perform window tinting, which we will keep in mind for the future. There are different packages to get as far as the ceramic coat lasts, we chose a 3-year. Turns out the valve stem got torn off. I took this to management, and although they were nice, they kept reinstating that they didn't see the wash malfunction on their end, nor my flat tire. They then proceeded to reinstate their policy on damage claims, stating that because my car was older than 5 years, could not be covered. Now, I'm not calling them liars. I wouldn't be surprised if their camera equipment is lower quality // outdated, but the rail of the wash definitely ripped off the stem. In the middle of the wash, without touching the wheel, I felt my car start skipping up and down, then pulled out onto the street and had a flat with some severe rim damage. And management suggested I hit a curb? Again not to put them at fault, they did a great job reinforcing ownership's rules, but come on now. Anyways, seems like ample evidence to me. I want to return to this location believe me, but unfortunately I will not be using this car wash anymore.

I drove it…read morestraight from Divine Shine to Armour Coatings Discount Details and asked if they could fix my wheels. They couldn't believe the truck just had a whole detail done. I am so impressed with this company they cleaned my wheel hubs, rims, got mud off from under the truck. They also advised the truck wasn't cleaned from underneath, no waxing, no buffing, heck the truck still had food particles and drip stains. I can't speak highly enough about this company for helping me fix divine shines mistake. They are so reasonable on prices and you can tell they are passionate about the vehicles and making sure everything is done right the first time. I highly recommend this business.
