The wheel wells were not clean, running boards not clean, truck had dripping shining all over the tires. The ceramic coat is fantastic and it's so gratifying to watch water bead up and drip right off. They also perform window tinting, which we will keep in mind for the future. There are different packages to get as far as the ceramic coat lasts, we chose a 3-year. Personally, I won't use the "tunnel" option as the brushes touch your car, but the self-service bays are full featured and use quality chemicals and soaps. Both locations are maintained very well and usually staffed. The automatic touchless option in the self-service bays are quite good and provide a good strong undercarriage wash. All bays are equipped with credit card readers- very convenient and beats hauling a roll of quarters with you! The vacuum setup at 25th and Broadway is beyond convenient with separate hoses for each side of your car and credit card readers. I wish they'd change the ones on 48th to the same setup!

The scratches appeared to be from the rotation brush that apparently bounced off the hood some way. I reported the damage and the manager was more in the defensive mood than to try to find out what happened. He said he had pictures of me interring and leaving the car wash with no damage, but there was damage when I got home. The only pictures the manager showered me was a video where you couldn't tell the color or make of the car, let alone if there was any damage.

I acquired my vehicle with NO DEALER MARKUP despite the high demand of my 2022 Bronco. They even gave me a credit for the increase in taxes/doc fees since placing my order in October! The entire team was kind and hospitable, and allowed me to get in and out with no hassle. They even called me the next day to remind me of the $500 deposit I had placed at the time of ordering my Bronco, and asked me to come collect the refund (I had totally forgot about it).
