Beautiful ambiance, friendly service, and great food. Great place for a special evening out or if you're just driving through town. Prices are on the higher end, which was expected based on the setting, which included linen table cloths and napkins, and the menu options. I was driving through town, saw the beautiful exterior and decided to stop even though it looked fancy and I was alone. After dinner I was invited to join the owner(s) and their friends for a glass of wine and great conservation about the local area. This is a hidden gem in Scott City! Beautiful building, excellent service, and delicious food. The blue cheese dressing for my salad was the best I have ever had. We were just traveling through and found this beautiful old theater turned restaurant. Highly recommend!! read more

While at Lake Scott we stopped by Majestic Theater Restaurant for dinner. Very nice building with plenty of seating and high ceiling. The stage still exists and they have a couple pianos. Fish and burgers were excellent along with dessert. The service was fantastic. Beer selection was slim but looked like they had plenty of options on drinks. Nice place to eat after visiting El Quartelejo Museum and Jerry Thomas Gallery. read more

Absolutely fantastic service and food. All of the staff is extremely polite, and the food is to die for. I would recommend this to anyone who lives in the area, or is passing through.
