I love the owner and the waitresses, they are kind, personable and pleasant. The building is dated but clean. The floors are always free of crumbs and the glass table tops are free of spots. They have wonderfully cheap lunch specials, about $7 for soup, main dish, rice and egg roll. I prefer the egg drop soup to the hot and sour. The sweet and sour sauce is fair, the vegetables are hand chopped. The 'fried' rice is ok, but that's why there is soy sauce. The egg rolls are pretty good. The food is always hot when it comes out, and that is a big deal in my mind. Nothing outstanding, but hot and fresh.
