I wrote a review on the timing - they gave me a reasonable explanation that the timing on Sunday might be confusing. I accept and agree to disagree. I also wrote about the owner being rude (actually this was not the first time) but i got a defensive reply and a subscription cancelation prior me asking (though i was requesting it since I feel its a waste since I'm not getting the efficient benefit from that). Such defensiveness and rudeness already translated through your email and comment what more it would be in person. Your service is indeed has deteriorated - vacuuming is not done well. Review is something one write based on one's self experience. Some else might have experienced an excellent service in contrast to mine. Why react to bad review rather looking within and improvise. I went to get a car wash at this place and what a pain. I got there and it was self serve pay. Nobody yo help you or instruct you on how it works. I payed the $20 which I thought would do a quick vacuum and car wash. I got to the "vacuum guys" and he said $20 does just a car wash, no vacuum. So I proceeded to the next guy at the pre wash. I said what do they charge for vacuuming, he said $20 on TOP OF THE $20 I paid for the wash. So that's $40 for the inside and out!! Never again will I come here. Today my husband and I visited your car wash where we have been customers for the last 5 years with our monthly The Works pass. One of your associate an elderly man with white hair abs a mustache started yelling at us while we were in the car. As we tried to understand what was happening he said the break was on. My husband showed him the break was not on and the car was in N. He rudely continued to yell at us... I have never experienced such an appalling service - I am speechless. My husband got really upset closed the window and your associate started pounding on the window. My husband told him to stop pounding on the on the window of our brand new keep and looked at him and Linder even harder. To that he started shouted even harder. My husband told him that he is a long time customer and he told him that he had never see. Him before and that he should not come back. I manage a bank and customer service is the reason customers choose to come back or not. What we have witnessed today was a disgusting and utterly unacceptable behavior. They consistently have the same guys working for them, which makes me think the owner is fair to his employees. I called to get a quote for exterior wash, interior vacuum and clean the door jams. The guy quoted me $36.00!! So I drove to Rte 27 in Kendall Park to get a hair cut and I asked the girl at the desk if she knew of a good car wash on Rte 27. She gave me the name of the place. I went there and told the guy what I wanted done. He gave me a price of $22.00! Wash, wax, vacuumed interior, cleaned the dash cleaned the windows in and out and armoraled the tires. I had an opportunity to go back for the first time in nearly three years and the service was actually better than my last visit. I went to the full-service line; full vacuum, Windows and wipe down. This is a solid car wash place, better than most, with good prices. I paid $21 for an interior clean (vacuum, wiping dashboards, and cleaning the windows) and an exterior wash. I don't think the interior has ever looked that nice. On the other hand, the exterior wash was good, but the two guys at the end only half-wiped the sides and didn't wipe the back of the car so some of the road salt stains from the winter are still there. I had wanted detailing, but for some reason they are not doing them right now, even though the website says it is available year-round. It's a very convenient "sit in your car" and drive thru style wash. I ONLY use them for all of my cars. It's fast, friendly and they do a great job! Their pricing is very reasonable and they offer a monthly unlimited car wash pkg. for people that cannot stand having their car dirty...ever!! This is worst interior cleaning service for the customer who has a baby. Not worthy to pay any dime for their additional service more than Honda dealer car wash cleaning voucher. After their poor interior vacuum and full Sevice, I had to clean further cleaning by myself. Then they do ask me to leave for exterior car wash but the manager told me that I have to install car seat for my baby after the cleaning. He forces me to take my responsibility for my baby to sit on uninstalled car seat during car wash machine. What a shame! They increase the price to $12 but their management service got worse. I had my car washed here today. It was covered with road salt - filthy and gritty. It was the most thorough washing ever. Terrible quality, and terrible customer service. I brought my car this morning for the first time, as I recently moved to Princeton. I spent $30 for a one time wash. The rims and tires are still very dirty, even though everything should have been brought to a shine, and underneath my car they barely washed anything, and there are still mud stains and leaves. This is the best car wash I've found in the area. It's also the cheapest - an exterior wash is $8. They have self-serve or full-service vacuums ($8 or $1, respectively) and a detailing service. You also don't need to get out of your car, which is a big plus for me. We tried their "Red Carpet X-Press" service last week, which costs $25 and is essentially a lite detailing. No appointment is necessary. They cleaned and vacuumed every inch of the car. I'm not sure even a full detailing would've been noticeably better. Plus, it only takes them about 10 - 15 minutes to do this, which is much better than waiting the two to three hours a full detailing will take. read more

Got my car detailed and was very pleased with the final interior product. Took less than 2 hours and was the cheapest option I could find in the area. Staff was very friendly and attentive towards the interior of the car. An exterior car wash was included but the job was done very sloppy. Surprised to see so much mud still left on the car. They used the same dirty cloth to clean the inside of my car and left a noticeable drip mark on my wheel. I noticed this as I was just down the road. Service isn't excellent and not worth the price. My car was mostly clean on the outside but I still found dirt marks when I got home. Using Clorox to take off all the dirt (on both inside and outside) was more useful when I got home than the below average job they did wiping it down with whatever they were using. After I bought my new car I wanted to make sure I kept it looking pretty,so I got the unlimited monthly platinum package. With tax it's $34 a month and I use them at least once a week and once a month pay $6 for vacuum and interior window cleaning. Definitely get your money's worth but since they started with the packages, the line has gotten really long. If you go in off peak times your in and out but sometimes it's a 20 minute wait. read more
