Called the day after, same thing... they said they would get some out and never did. The excuse was that everyone had an unexpected trip to Charlotte and wouldn't be able to help. Really sad to see such an awesome brand be tainted by such poor service and communication from this franchise. Lucky for me, the signage at the end of every aisle was accurate. When I saw the "Labels" sign, I quickly found the name tags. As I got closer to the front of the store, I was confused as to which area I was supposed to go to to pay for the name tags. An employee in the Customer Service area asked me if I was ready to check out, and did so efficiently. The only issue that I have with this store is that the check out area where I was supposed to go is confusing. The store is clean and organized.
