The store is in great shape & not crowded with inventory. There's various sub-departments offering an array of items aside from office supplies. I did not have the physical license on me but tried to show the clerk my iPhone Wallet digital version of my Georgia drivers license which is legally valid in this state but was not accepted my FedEx according to Corporate policy. I walked out and took my business to UPS who is now delivering my package. By this review I hope to get the attention of FedEx Corporate to review this nonsensical policy. Why is a legally viable digital drivers license not acceptable in FedEx branches?
