OK, so they would send out a guy named Faron (best in the business). He would come treat and fix what was not treated each time. Contract came up for review, and I called to say, I wanted to cancel. They offered me a solution, reduce my rate, and Faron would be set up permanently. He even trained another gentleman who I agreed to Dominic. Well, the new pricing brings nothing. First treatment, not as promised, 2nd treatment, not as promised, and today I called to find out what was going on. I told them to just cancel, and no options, no promises, just ok, I can get you right over to cancel. I told them lying to keep people is not a good thing to do, and now, as I see other ratings, I understand. Very sad, that I gave them so many chances to make things right.

An appointment was made and several days later the old furnace was taken out and a new furnace was installed in less than 4 hours. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and courteous. Bottom line: price quoted and installation met with no surprises. Clean space left with all old items and leftover stuff removed. Several weeks later, I remain completely satisfied with the job and would happily recommend this company based on my experience. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were hired, by my landlord, to address a pest issue inside my home, but instead of using the appropriate indoor pesticides, they used outdoor pesticides inside. They left AN ENTIRE CONTAINER OF OUTDOOR PESTICIDES ****OPEN**** on my kitchen floor. Since then, my family and I have become sick from exposure to these chemicals. When I contacted the company to address the issue, they were completely uncooperative and refused to take any responsibility or offer a solution. Even after I informed them I have a special needs child as well as other children in my home. Additionally, they failed to provide any literature or information about the chemicals used in my home, which is both unprofessional and unsafe. Despite their treatment, the pest problem persists, and I am now unable to stay in my home due to the ineffective and harmful pest management practices they employed. I had to call another company to come in behind them to treat. I strongly advise against using Empire for any pest control needs. Their negligence and poor customer service have put my family's health at risk and left us with an unresolved pest issue. My next phone calls are to my lawyer and a follow up with the director of Ohio Agriculture. HEED MY WARNING!! DONT LET THIS COMPANY SCAM YOU
