This time was much different, the craftmanship was poor at best; my nails were all different shapes and lengths, some had a curve while others were flat on top. When I asked her to extend one of my natural nails, she put a tip UNDERNEATH my natural nail and caked some acrylic gel on top and STILL managed to make the nail shorter than the rest. The top coat was streaked and dried in ripples on some of the nails and one of the tips she installed was crooked and digging into my skin. MANAGEMENT OFFERED NO REAL REASOLUTION !! Please choose your tech wisely if you patronize this place. I will never go there again!
