Both seating options were nice and allowed us to be around people while still being able to hear our dining companions. Extensive cocktail menu of well crafted and interesting cocktails. A mocktail menu of equally well crafted cocktails is also available upon request. We tried a variety of flavorful dishes. The hot noodles are particularly delicious - a comfort food like dish that is spicy and satisfying and plentiful. The crispy salt and pepper tofu is also delicious - a satisfying crunch and a soft inside. We also tried the crispy eggplant bao which I probably wouldn't get again, but it was definitely pretty and hardy. I'd definitely go by again next time I'm in Bellingham!

In fact, I'd say Downtown Sounds is the quintessential Bellingham experience. Held on multiple Wednesdays during the summer months, this free concert/street festival brings together the best our sweet city has to offer. And this year it got even better as the layout of the festival was flipped on its access, creating a larger beer garden (no more long lines!) with full view of the action on stage, plus a great food truck area with local yumminess like tacos, tamales, and ice cream.
