I entered the small shop and scanned the various offerings for the perfect little knick-knacks to take home. The shop keeper was ok with me touching and moving things around in my attempts. You will definitely find something nice here in this cute shop far away from the main tourist drag.

Nice and helpful staff, friendly and never pushy. A good selection of products and best of all: very fair prices. Bought some typical tourist stuff (first time in Stockholm, so why not). This whole place had a lot of different local items that were so cute. Some items included: jewelry, kitchen gadgets, backpacks/wallets, notebooks, cards, soaps, stuffed animals and other kids items. I picked up a handful of smaller items that didn't seem unreasonably priced. The woman working at the counter was also super cool, and asked if I wanted to get my items tax free and explained the process for when I go home and showed me details of how to do it.

I have received some as gifts but had never visited the store itself until now. IMO this is a unique place in Sweden, or anywhere. There are two sewing machines right in the store, and everything is made in Sweden. The designs are delightful and the fabrics are workmanship are quality. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the prices! The dollar is strong right now and these items were much less than I thought they would be. This store may be small but it seems to have the best curated selection of handcrafted Swedish goods compared to others. It does mean one may have to look up and down in addition to sideways as yours truly did in order to find something :) I was about to walk out with something small when I saw a very nice necklace for my wife just below my field of vision in the showcase at the checkout.
