From the moment I walked into the office building, I knew I had made the right choice. Locating their suite was easy, the booking process online was easy and the quality of the space was top notch. The room itself had features I didn't expect (like a patio area where I was able to set up snacks/lunch) and the AV was incredibly easy to use. The customer service was also amazing! John helped me out from check in to when I left and made sure I had everything I needed and made sure my clients knew where to find the room I was in. He even sent me a follow up email with a scanned copy of the business cards I accidentally left on the podium in the room! We were looking for a quieter place to work because all the coffee shops around were busy and too much noise for a meeting. So, we found this location, Tailored Spaces. Danna welcomed us with a smile and then showed us around the co-working level. If you've ever visited WeWork downtown, then you will understand how cramped and hot it can be! I was really shocked at how open it was. The entire open desk floor was SO NICE, organized and spacious with great air flow. Everyone we passed seemed friendly, which helped create a great vibe. There were tons of offices available for rent, from small private rooms to larger rooms. The phone booths were way more comfortable and attractive than at WeWork! And the kitchen? Huge! Fully stocked with snacks, drinks, menus from local restaurants. I think my favorite part of the kitchen was that it had a nugget ice machine in the fridge! I loved the space so much that I came back the next Monday. There was a little more foot traffic but everybody was respectful about noise, especially during meetings. Danna couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful in making sure everyone had what they needed and even highlighted the nice perks that we didn't know about before. Also, I noticed there was a beautiful balloon arch around the Tailored Spaces sign at her desk and she mentioned she created it! Talented and friendly!! The kind of energy and vibe Danna brought to the space is something I think sets Tailored Spaces apart. I will for sure be back next time I am in the area needing a place to get work done. If you are looking for a desk or office space you should definitely check out Tailored Spaces you will not be disappointed. The whole place is extremely clean, open and filled with friendly people. It's located in the industrial area of Kearny Mesa with plenty of free parking, so that's already a huge win. They have the entire second floor, and the space is bright, clean, and open with a nice chill feeling throughout. Danna gave me and my wife a quick tour, and she was super friendly! he tenants were speaking with Danna like she was a member of their team, you can tell Danna is just a friendly person. The desks, private offices, and phone booths were all good, plus perfect to get your work done or hop on a call. The pricing is approximately the same as WeWork, but honestly, the winning aspect for me was that this space felt open and was much cleaner. Also, free parking! Kudos to Danna: my wife loved the balloon arch at the front entrance, and come to find out Danna made the arch herself, and people were actually giving compliments about it when they walked in for their tours. I would definitely recommend Tailored Spaces if you need a good place to work. I will definitely be back.

The booking process is super easy, and you can book a great space literally in seconds right when you need it. As other folks have mentioned, the offices are nicely appointed with nice wall art. Prices are also very competitive, with options to book anything from half an hour to the whole day (as well as monthly rates). With all the included amenities, you get a lot of value for your money! The staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. SmartSpace is now definitely my go-to provider for co-working space in San Diego.

Ok, now that is out of the way, I am very sad that their billing practice suck because this facility in particular is superb. The staff are very helpful and kind. It's refreshing to have such good customer service in this day in age where it is hard to come by. The folks here care about the customers that come through their doors. The facility is clean and filled with light. The natural lighting that comes in through the ample windows is very nice. There are other locations that are no where near as nice. If they ever change their billing practices, I would be interested in signing up for a membership again. You also DO NOT have to sign up for a monthly membership, you can just get an office or co-working space just for the day. That is how I came across Regus because I was in a pinch due to power outages at home thanks to SDGE. Trust me, I will take the extra caution from them instead of any fires which are plaguing our poor state right now. Please don't let the poor billing practice keep you away. This place is very nice. The people are pretty amazing too.

Last but not least, the number of random fees that the staff tried to tack on is shocking. You have a contract to have your mail delivered there? Oh but if you actually want to get mail at that location, add $10 a month. If you ask them if you have mail, they wanna charge you $16 per question. Before you ask, no there is no other way for you to find out if you have mail ever. Even when situations are rectified, or you pointed out that they're selling your personal information without your permission or consent, it's one fight after the next. Steer clear with everything you've got.
