My hair was in desperate need of a cut and color. It was long, drier than the Sahara, three different types of brown and overall a hot mess. I was desperate for someone, anyone, to save me from the nightmare that my hair had become. My prayers were answered from the hair gods in the form of the lovely and talented Michelle. She is absolutely PHENOMENAL! Her passion for hair shows in the quality of her work. Not only is she sweet and friendly but professional with outstanding attention to detail. She takes the time to listen to your hair dreams and makes them as much of a reality as possible. She's brutally honest, so if your hair isn't capable of achieving a certain color she is quick to tell you, and even quicker to offer beautiful suggestions that will NOT DISAPPOINT. She even pointed out a bald spot near my ear that I did not even know existed and advised me to look out for it in case it needed medical attention. But the pictures turned out perfectly. The lashes that I used for my trial were discontinued but Rena was creative and recreated the exact same look with other ones she had. I had Rena do my mom's make up too. My mom never wears make up so she was worried that it would be too much for her but she really liked her make up. All my bridesmaids and my MIL looked beautiful as well. And everyone's make up stayed on till the end! They were on time and very communicative. I also liked the touch up kit that Rena gave me.
