I reached out and quickly got a reply from their booking manager, where we handled all the details (how many people, general style I wanted, how many for hair vs. makeup, etc.). We secured the wedding date and time, and then also set a date for a trial hair and makeup (additional, but I highly recommend doing this to give you a chance to take notes, see it after several hours, and make adjustments to your final look). Katie and Aimee were the hair and makeup dynamic duo for both my trial and wedding day, and they were both so friendly and a breeze to work with! They both treated me like an old friend, and were great with our kids and our mothers. After the trial I had a few notes for hair and makeup, and they made those adjustments for the actual wedding day, and I LOVED my look. One of our daughters was very timid, and they treated her with so much kindness and patience.
