From that first phone call through every interaction since, she has been warm, professional, and truly supportive. Deyssi, who has been Noah's facialist, has impressed us on every level. After his first treatment, she encouraged me to email her with any follow-up questions. Not only did she respond twice, but she did so over the weekend -- once at 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday and again around 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Her responses were detailed, thoughtful, and comprehensive. That level of dedication and care is rare. During Noah's facial, Deyssi invited me into the room to observe. She took the time to explain every single step of the treatment -- what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would improve his skin. She did the same when recommending products, walking us step-by-step through how to use them, in what order, and how each one would help. She is incredibly thorough and clearly passionate about what she does. The warmth and professionalism we've experienced from both Fargol and Deyssi have been outstanding. My mom first saw Janice after being referred by a friend, and my moms skin looked SO amazing after the first facial (with microdermabrasion and peel) that I thought I would have to give her a try too. I hadn't had a facial in years, I had started using all organic products, and I was not loving anything I tried. I was also HATING my skin and at my wits end. It was uneven, bumpy and clogged looking. I was in my late 20s and started to think that I needed get serious about my skincare regimen. I didn't want to regret anything down the line, knowing I could have prevented it earlier. After just one facial/microdermabrasion/peel session, my skin was AMAZING! No more weird bumps, and it was smooth and glowing. I was so stoked. I also needed new products, so I started with just a couple of the Le Mieux line that she carries (and later bought the others, religiously sticking with the line now because I love what it does for my skin!).
