Once I filled out my form and handed back the ipad, I waited a total of 5 min before I was greeted by another staff member who took me take photos of my face before putting in a glass surround corner exam room, mind you on the 9th floor on Wilshire in Brentwood right before Santa Monica. The views were excellent the room was well decorated, organized, with breathtaking views and nothing like a hospital exam room. I was then introduced to Nikki H. my injector, who seemed very courteous and welcoming. She asked me specific questions regarding what were goals with tox and then asked if i'd make certain expressions with my face so she can make her analysis. Immediately after she had the NP Lovely come in and review the treatment we agreed on. Once she came, set up her kit, then proceeded to stick me while I was talking to the NP. Funny thing I didn't feel a thing and it was seemless. Once treatment was completed Nikki walked me to the reception to schedule a follow-up and was incredibly kind. This isn't my first rodeo so to have an injector handle the procedure so delicately for me not to notice while I was in mid discussion, was excellent.
