She assumed we wanted the "Spa Pedi" - which was the most expensive. She was very disappointed when I told her we only wanted the "Express Pedi". She started berating us for the fact that she will now be losing money and have to just sit and wait for her next costumer. She also said something about supporting her child (Her child would have to be about 30-40yrs old from the looks of Juliet) It was VERY uncomfortable. Then when my mom asked her name, she chastised my 82 year old mother who has memory issues, for not remembering her name - since we had been there several months ago and Juliet had told her her name THEN! Again, very hostile! She also criticized my mom for cutting her nails too short and started lecturing her about how to cut her nails. It was very demeaning. The girl who did my nails was mostly quiet however seemed pretty dismissive and unfriendly as well. As my nail color was drying, I could tell there were big ridges and bumps in the polish and when I started to touch it, she yelled at me and told me not to touch it, that it was the nail oil that was still "setting". Now I've done my own nails enough to know when I see ridges and bumps in my polish - no amount of nail oil is going to fix that! Juliet put my moms toes under a drying lamp and even tho my mom told her it was touching one of her nails, she was ignored and after we walked out and looked closer at her toes, we saw that the polish on her big toe was smeared! So $55 a piece for 2 pedicures where both of us will have to redo our nails again - or live with the results! Even checking out, since we both had gift cards on file - they told my mom she had enough on hers to pay for both but then said we could use mine for the tip ($40!) I agreed, thinking she would use SOME of that credit for the tip but she assumed I meant ALL of it! - So I guess we now paid for the "Spa Pedi's" after all! I don't even care that I don't have any credit there anymore since we will never be back!

I had heard great things about this salon! While I can't speak to the experience of getting your hair done here, I can speak to the nail experience and the lack of customer service following errors. My mom surprised me with a wonderful spa day 2 days before my wedding. I was so excited to spend the day with her. We had booked a mini facial, massage, and nails. The day was several hours long and a lunch was supposed to be included, but the day-of we find out that it's not and that our package had transferred from the previous salon/spa. So a lot of this experience is exacerbated by the fact that we were completely starving -- we got there around 9:30/10am and I didn't get home until 3pm, so not having a lunch was very unexpected. But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and also understand that they were doing their best. The massage and facial were both fine. The really negative experience was my nails. Please look at these photos. These were taken as soon as I got home and is how I left the salon -- breaks and uneven nails and all. I've never in my life had a manicure so unbelievably and laughably bad, and the staff knew that these were my wedding nails. I did not ask for anything out of the ordinary -- just a standard gel mani with a French tip. Of course with my nails completely destroyed 2 days before my wedding, I left afterwards and had to fix them myself, because I couldn't get in anywhere else on such short notice and my weekend was obviously already pretty booked. Now, my mom gave her card info in advance for the package. Since it was already a pretty high stress situation and we had a lot of other planning details to attend to, my mom called a few days later after the wedding to tell them about the negative experience. Oh, I also forgot to mention that they charged us MORE than the originally agreed upon package price, despite not including lunch and completely botching my nails. So my mom calls and asks for at least a partial refund for my nails. They outright refuse. Please please please do NOT get your nails done here. Every nail tech I have shown these photos to has been completely aghast at how horrible these look. I could have done (and did end up having to do) better myself.

The price was amazing they cut her hair washed it and she even put a quick braid in it for my little girl. She felt like a little princess and talked about it for days. It was very clean inside. The lady at the front desk was super kind and sweet(owners mother in law) The haircut itself was really good she even put a detangler in her hair which made it smooth for days. We will definitely be going back again and again my wife is even setting up an appointment for herself. CON: I only have one negative thing to say about our experience. It was the little bench she was sitting on to get her haircut it was not super safe or sturdy for a kid to sit on while getting their haircut. It even slid off with her on it at one point because the armrests are rounded. I could tell she was a little uneasy about sitting there at first on the bench thing. A plastic booster seat would of been so much safer and better for my child to sit in.
