I had gone to another salon a few times for a root touch up, it took a few visits before I realized they were using a level 1 black on my level 4 brown hair, and it was starting to look like I was wearing a wig. Marie managed not only to lighten everything back up but did the most amazing highlighting/melting (I don't know the proper terms for it) and I had the most amazing hair in my life and no damage or fried pieces. I don't wear makeup on normal basis, I have had it done by many many different people and brands throughout my life. It also lasted perfectly for more than 15 hours. My mother who hates makeup was so impressed and loved it so much she has had her makeup done twice now! I let her know that I would not be able to make the appointment as soon as I found out because I had to be with my grandmother and her response was try to give me more notice next time because I have a waiting list. I'm sorry I couldn't give her more notice that my grandmother was going into hospice. She has lost 2 clients because of this.
