After scheduling my appt 3 weeks in advance online (pretty much only way to book), she canceled my appt a day before my appt. No reason why, no explanation, I just got a text that my appt was declined. I sent her a text asking for her to call me so that I could re-book and no reply. About a week later I reached out again asking for her to please call me so that I could book and again no reply. Communication is key and not replying back to customers is not the way to run a business.

I made an appointment for a special occasion. My appointment was at 6pm. I received a text at 5:30…read moresaying they were ready for me if I wanted to come in earlier. I was on my way but would arrive on time for my appointment. I walked in at 6pm on the dot and apparently they took a walk-in with really long hair because the stylist was working on her hair. They told me it would be 5-10 min wait. It's now 6:20 and I haven't been serviced yet. Now I am going to be late to my event. The sweet receptionist told me a stylist called out sick that's why they were backed up. But that story didn't make sense since I received a text at 5:30 asking me to come in early. I wish I could walk out but unfortunately I need my hair done tonight. Fortunately because of the inconvenience they did offer to do the blow out for free. I am grateful for that, but it doesn't change or fix the inconvenience of being late to my event tonight.

I went to this location first and bought the membership because of how clean and great everyone was. Also the AC was blasting which is a huge pro given that everyone is blow drying and make it the place hot. If I would've went to the other location (Aventura) for the my first time, I would've NEVER went to blo dry bar again and would've never purchased the membership. I HIGHLY recommend coming here. They're accommodating and really nice. Love it here. This will be my go to location every month!
