This is a full salon for hair, nails, spa treatments and purchase of products too There are many different sections to this place which is quite interesting how the lay out is. I did it pass it since there were trees on front of the sign outside. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness and said it would be jus a few minutes. Julianna came and took me to her station to see what I wanted done . I them went to get shampooed and mentioned to Juliana my hair is thick and coarse so needs to be conditioned and combed out, she understood and told the person who was shampoo g my hai. I always love to get my hair shampooed as it is relaxing. I went back to Julianna and she did a great job taking her time and asking in between if the amount she will cut is fine . She blew it out into waves and it was soft. The pricing is reasonable median price not too expensive and not too cheap . I was Happy to be able to get my hair done for Mother's Day . After scheduling my appt 3 weeks in advance online (pretty much only way to book), she canceled my appt a day before my appt. No reason why, no explanation, I just got a text that my appt was declined. I sent her a text asking for her to call me so that I could re-book and no reply. About a week later I reached out again asking for her to please call me so that I could book and again no reply. Communication is key and not replying back to customers is not the way to run a business.

It was quite becoming and she was a pleasant conversationalist throughout the process. Prices seem to me to be perfectly in line with the level of training everyone seems to have. I come in as a walk in, knowing exactly what I want. A subtle trim with new long and short layers that frame my face. I showed Jojo the hairdresser my inspo picture which i will include, the girl has VERY LONG hair while also having long and short layers that frame her face. As jojo started we agreed to cut slightly more than what I initially came in for, because the ends were "dead". That was fine with me whatever but what was not fine, was when she started doing the shortest face framing layers, she grabbed a HUGE chunk of my hair. I asked her, " does it have to be that much hair" she told me in other words that it basically has to be that much hair to achieve the layers i want. I was uncomfortable, unsatisfied but I trusted her knowledge as a hairdresser that she knew what she was talking about. WRONG AND NEVER AGAIN! She cut so much of my hair that she claimed was to "blend the layers" in actuality HALF OF THE HAIR on my head is short asf while the other half was EXTREMELY uneven. This is the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. I will never come back here and probably NEVER let anyone else cut my hair again because HOLY SHIT. I'm so upset and I have zero confidence to wear my hair out. I hope that in the future Jojo can understand her clients better, especially if they are showing an exact picture of what they want. I never go out of my way to write bad reviews even if I am unsatisfied, however this is a special occasion to say the least.
