She gave a good price and was extremely flexible with her schedule because we were unsure of the exact date our window replacement would be complete. During installation, both her and her installer were friendly, professional, and efficient. They made sure to keep my areas clean and removed all of the old blinds and cleaned up after themselves. There was a slight mistake from the factory, but Tenesia was quick to get it fixed, communicated well with me and worked around our crazy schedule to correct the situation so we had our blinds in, as beautiful as we dreamed they would be. We are extremely happy with the way they came out. We love the color and the pattern of them, we love that they open in the middle instead of by the side, and that they have no string attached at the side that my cat can get tangled in (like my old ones did). The sales process was very good but communications with the store owner after that were very poor. She is very sarcastic and difficult to deal with. The contractor told us that he has heard her talk that way with other customers. We noticed our shower drain filter was tarnished in a corner approximately six months after it was installed. When we contacted the store owner about this she said that we need to hire a cleaning company to better clean our bathroom! We contacted the manufacture who immediately sent us the $10 part but we could not remove the old one as it was apparently not installed correctly. Again, she took no responsibility for this. We had a number of other issues with the quality of workmanship including the shower door not being square, requiring a custom fit, work needing to be redone, etc.. If you want poor workmanship, your house in disarray for months instead of weeks, a company that does not stand behind their work and a sharp tongued store owner, this is the place.

The DAY we closed he was ringing our bell, told me he knew how many windows we had and he had blinds for us! I told him he would have to come back because we literally JUST walked in. A week later here he came. And would not leave. 7 hours in my home. Literally writing contracts for other people on my boxes whole sitting on my only stool. We agreed he could come in and measure. Then tells me it will be $4500 for all my blinds. I said no thank you. So he sits there and waits while I try to get ahold of my husband. Literally texting my husband that he won't leave. So magically his price comes to $2500. I agreed to that in hopes I could get rid of him as I had unpacking to do. He finishes our contract. Tries to make military small talk since I'm unpacking all of our military gear, says he was in the army and how he came down here, met his wife and then began working for her family company. His brother in law is the supposed owner of Precise Blinds. Told me I could just write a check and he would take out taxes. I thought that sounded weird and a little schemish but if that got him out of the house, then good bye! Fast forward three and a half weeks after being told 10-14 days, my husband calls to find out where our blinds are. Surprise. No answers. Finally gets ahold of someone and "oh there was an issue at production, they need to know what side we want out pull on". He tells them and they hang up. Somehow later that day the company calls back and says our blinds came in and could they schedule install. He says great, Tuesday will be fine. Tuesday is here. Two men in a Brighthouse van, full Lowe's attire and 4 boxes of blinds right from Lowe's are standing at my door. They clearly see my confusion and tell me "oh we work for Lowe's but are here on behalf of Precision" (notice Precision is not even the company name????). They then tell me "you do know this install is only for 4 garage blinds right?" No, no I do not. I try calling Kent's cell phone only to be sent to VM and repeatedly call the office with no answer. I have at this point left messages on both phones and have yet to have a return phone call. The Lowe's men were nice but when I said my husband would move his stuff they proceeded to bang the lawn mower out bumping my car then again when they drug the ladder thru. This company is VERY HIGH PRESSURE. Be aware. Do not let them in. New construction homes, Kent will leave cards in EVERY drawer in your home, he thinks it's funny. STAY AWAY from them. Go to Lowe's and buy your own blinds!!!!
