I am kamaaina. I'm thankful to had a same day booking appointment. I booked a 90 min. Deep tissue massage. I will admit I went in all knotted up. But 90 min should be more than enough time to work it out. I went in, masseuse was on time, business was clean. I had a huge knot on my right shoulder and just swollen tight muscles. I asked her to cup my shoulders. After several attempts the tiny cups wouldn't stay attached to my body. It was a hard massage for her. But the job was not done after 90 minutes. I left still with a major knot on my right shoulder. At a $252 price tag. For that kind of money I should be walking out sore, but muscles relaxed. Very thankful for last minute booking, but I questions $253 and walking out feeling OK. It should Greeeeeat. read more

What a horrible experience. I was born and raised on the Big Island and was home for a long weekend. I had a horrible migraine and booked an emergency same day massage. I paid in full in advance. Unfortunately I was rushed to Kona Community hospital by ambulance and was not able to make the appointment. My mother immediately contacted them and was very rudely told they would not reschedule the appointment or offer a refund even though I was in the ICU and was able to prove this. No refund, no partial refund, no offer to reschedule, no aloha spirit. We tried to work with them and they were completely unconcerned. RUN from this place. DO NOT BOOK HERE. The BEST massage I've ever had. My husband and I got a couples massage, and we left like we were floating on a cloud. It was such a calm and serene environment, I was instantly at ease. It's in a small space in a courtyard next to a sushi restaurant. Inside it was designed beautifully, cozy and clean. Mihai was my masseuse, he did some deep tissue work on my shoulder and lower back. I came in with my shoulders up to my ears and left nice and relaxed. April was my husband's masseuse, she did such a great job he fell asleep, which is tough to do! Cassandra is the best esthetician. I had a 90 minute sugar foot scrub and facial with scalp Massage. I highly recommend. Adrianna's massage was heaven sent. After 3 early mornings of Canoe Club paddling I was sore! I knew from the moment I walked tru the door, shifting from the busy street to the small but very tastefully appointed space that I was going to love it. It even smells good. Adrianna was lovely to talk to, we connected right away and she even sent me off with a hug which never happens. I get massage regularly at home and expected to pay quite a bit more in the heart of the touristy Kona strip but prices were very fair. I'll go back on my next Big Island visit! read more

Arianna and Lee were referred to us and when we contacted them they promptly replied and got us in for a couples massage as soon as possible. We got situated, Arianna was my massage therapist and my husband was paired with Lee. Arianna and Lee catered our massages to address the issues we discussed. Arianna had the best energy and I quickly felt comfortable as she unwound all the stored up 2020 tension. My husband was extremely impressed with Lee and raved about his massage and all-round delightful experience. He had some lower back pain and after his massage felt so much better.
