Refused to get me temporary benefits or treatment leading to a section 20 settlement. Even respondent doctor stated my injury was aggravated by the accident. I had to point it out. He allowed 6 adjournment in last few months. After settlement was signed, he disappeared and left his secretary to take over. The firm failed to inform me of a fee increase or supply arbitration form as required. The respondent failed to pay in required 60 days. This entitled me to damages, he won't file such, already got paid. He never called to discuss the issues. Stay far away. I disputed this, the firm acted entitled and arrogant.
