They were also able to come promptly (within a week) which made my mind up when it came to selecting which service to use. On the day itself, I had a call from Westley to confirm what time he could be at the flat, and - this is important - he turned up on time too! He was friendly, came up, got the job done. One item was too large for him to bring down by himself, so he broke it up in my flat, and cleaned up after. I couldn't really ask for anything more!
