When was the last time you heard someone give a positive rave over a contractor? Well, these guys…read moredeserve it! I've owned several homes, over the years, and I have never had the pleasure of a decent contractor, until I ran into Dwell.
I've known Brian and Marko since they first started their business, some years ago, and they have twice done an excellent job on the exterior shingles on my San Francisco home, but I never got around to doing a Yelp review. This time, however, I called them to help prep my home for sale, and had a huge list of tasks that needed doing, including things like power washing, intricate interior painting, dry rot repair, wood refinishing, hardware replacement, and so forth. I never thought I'd find one company to do everything . . . but was delighted when they agreed to do the entire job. I am elated at what they've done.
The work is of the highest caliber and looks great. Beyond that, however, they have been such a pleasure to work with. They are professional, courteous, flexible, friendly and fastidious about clean-up after the day's work. The bid and invoice process was crisp, neat and accurate. The crew ALWAYS arrived exactly when they said they would and, the one time Brian himself was delayed by half an hour, he called to tell me he was on his way. And, unlike so many others I've worked with, they actually put in long hours - no disappearing at 3:00 pm - staying until the setting sun made it impossible to continue.
I've bought a new home in Palm Springs, and wish I could take these guys with me to do the renovations there. I'll miss having them on my "call list." Just great.
