11/18/2022 The painting team of Alberto and Edward did a great job on our houseboat! This was not an easy job since it included painting the exterior from a small boat in some locations. The price was very fair, the quality excellent, and the painters never complained about challenging areas. Overall, a very "can do" attitude. I definitely would use them again. As an aside, I thought their proposal/contract was very straightforward and one of the few that I've seen in use that actually comports with State law regarding upfront deposits and payment schedules. They did what they said they would do for the price quoted, and didn't look for "extras" to bill. BTW, I'm writing as a licensed architect who has seen many painters on my projects over the past 40 years. read more

I needed to have my wood sidings, decks and outdoor structures power washed and restrained, plus some repairs done, especially where a woodpecker had made a hole. Mases and Paola did a great job.
