Today I was greeted by Joe, he asked me if I had any questions & he answered them all beautifully. The building is so huge it's amazing all the finds you can find here! It's mind boggling how much different & unique things they have here. I love they have different sectors for everything such as horses, Great Britain , candles, crystals, paintings, clothes, infants & toddler things, grocery locker, Malibu Mate, potions & lotions, cards, dolls, and jewelry too! There are no restrooms here you have to go to Whizin Market Square, Thank you so much Barbara for telling me where to go! I appreciate you! I think I spent at least more than a hour here lol ! Their price points are spot on! I was able to find some great finds! As I was checking out Spencer, Niko and Joe helped. Niko rang me up , so sweet of him! Joe & Spencer helped my getting me boxes for my gifts which so thoughtful thought! Joe, Barbara, Spencer, and Niko were so very polite, kind, caring, very down to earth, sweet, very genuine! There were other guests browsing, but it felt like only one family was worthy of attention. It was a vibe, actually. I didn't feel welcome, like I had stepped into a party uninvited. I realize that small businesses have been to hell and back over the past year, which is why I hate to write this critique of the experience. The staff member then went over to their own personal store supplies and found a pink and gave it to me at no charge as she "would prefer it be used than stored away". So I got 2 embossing powders for $1.71! I was tickled pink as I can now finish my project without waiting for an online purchase to arrive. I received excellent customer service, a discount and a freebie....you can't get better than that!
