Never heard back from them, called them after the weekend they apologized and said they would get back to me.... Nothing. Called again they said they were having problems finding a motor, hmmmm. Took me 2 minutes on google to find one close oh and mercury would have shipped a new motor within days. All they had to say was we are too busy or we don't want to do that kind of work here. Don't waste your time if you have major work to be done or foolishly expect proper followup. Even if a salesman had contacted me with the bad news I might have bought a new boat at that moment wow !

Now the reason for the three star rating. You're not going to get a high end boat. The seadoos seem newer but the boats are older and show their wear. There's no wakeboard tower on the larger boat so wake boarding is tough for newbees. The tube was a mess and took us over an 1/2 an hour to get sorted and inflated, we ended up using our own pump. They want to get you out on the water which is awesome but for most people they don't understand how to pull people or maneuver a boat so my husband ended up driving for our group while I followed in the much smaller challenger. Lake okanagan is a big lake with big swells so a small boat was not very fun. Would I recommend Mach? Maybe but there are better boats to rent on smaller lakes if you're looking for a boat rental with a better experience this may not be the spot for you

I was told nothing else by her. I then get a call from Brett on Saturday August 26th @ 9 am to request that we change our boat time from 2 pm to 12 pm due to high volume. I stated that would work for us and we will see him then. He then called back asked for us to come in for 11:30 am. Kept calling to see where we were. Like relax buddy. We are doing you a favor to accommodate your high volume booking. My friend called back on my behalf to say that you can run our time and we will get there as soon as we can. We arrived about 1ish and we where okay with how much time we had left. Daniel was showing myself how to operate the boat. He did not express to me that the gas gauge was broken. We asked if he had different sizes for life jackets he stated that all we have. Not impressed with that as it is a huge safety concern. Also Daniel asked to put a hold on my credit card again of $1,400. I was very surprised to know that. I stated i was not told that there would be additional hold and not only that but of $1,400. REALLY. When expressed my concerns to Brett about everything, she laughed in my face as its not a big deal. I stated that I will be looking into a law suite against the company. I would never rent through this company as my safety comes first.

WHAT AN AWESOME TIME!…read more Our friend booked this (party for six) and the bus picked us up from our resort (Playa Del Sol) at 10:45am. We proceeded to pick up another group of nine girls for a stagette party from another resort. Caleb was our driver and not only was he SUPER friendly, he was EXTREMELY informative and made great recommendations (Hello? We brought home six bottles of ice wine!) on wine (especially what was available in local liquor stores or not). We stopped at three wineries: Rollingdale, Indigenious, and Quail's Gate. We then dropped the stag party off at the boat while we went to Kalala Winery to try their 2016 Award Winning Icewine (luckily they had some in stock for us to take home!). We then drove down to the docks and switched places with the stag party and hopped on the boat with 'Nice-To-Look-At-Nick' for a stroll down the lake for a nice dip. It was really refreshing after a long day of wine tasting. Life vests were provided for us non-strong (read here: drunk) swimmers that wanted to jump in but didn't trust our alcoholic instincts. The water was fantastic! Nick was a great host as well. We arrived back at our hotel around 5:45pm so a full day! This was a great trip. I enjoyed, not only the wine tasting, but everything I learned from Caleb, a superb guide and our boat ride and swim with easy-going Nick. Very hospitable and such a great time! Highly recommended!
