The only reason for my pause in coming here over the years was that I moved across town. But since my family relocated back to The Woodlands, I was excited to come back here for my manis & pedis. I am delighted to report that it's just as a fantastic as I remember. On my recent visit, I really enjoyed my service with Jessica. She is incredibly sweet and allowed me to relax. She was very gentle, but skillful & thorough too. She didn't rush me, and made sure I looked & felt great. They also offered me a complimentary beverage, and the iced Vietnamese coffee was a refreshing & delicious treat (especially for a morning start). This establishment has been kept up with & well maintained. The salon is grand, without being pretentious. There are individual rooms and multiple halls, dedicated to the various treatments. The pedicure area has a dozen plush massage chairs, with plenty of space in between each client. There is no cramping or invasion of privacy, like other salons. All areas (even the restrooms) are clean & hygienic. The ambiance is quiet & comfortable, making for a very relaxing & pampering experience. Different levels, with pricing reflective of the product quality & amount of time spent. The top tiers are worth every buck, if you ask me. (My only criticism is that I wish there were more color options for gel/shellac.) Still a wonderful place for nails & pedicure! read more

We're so happy we found this nail salon. It's conveniently located in a shopping center with great restaurants and a movie theater nearby. The nail salon is beautifully decorated with very nice and relaxing massage chairs. You can get a free cocktail or non alcoholic beverage while you get your pedicure. They have a nice selection of nail polish colors and a variety of services. We love getting the spa pedicure with Cindy and Susan. It's always best to call ahead to get the time and nail technician you prefer but they do accommodate walk-ins. I highly recommend this nail salon. And if you're looking for a place to celebrate a bridal shower, baby shower or birthday, this place is big enough to accommodate your celebration. Give them a try. You'll be glad you did. read more

This nail salon did the job. Not my favorite place but they were nearby where I'm staying for the week and I needed to get my nails done for an event. These pictures are the same day I got my nails done. I disliked that they immediately cut my toes so short without asking me (unfortunately I wasn't paying attention because I was just trying to relax so thats my fault. I'm just used to my normal salon asking me if I want them cut before she goes clipping.) I also disliked how they left so much room around the edges of my toe nails with the paint, and the paint is uneven. The finger nails are okay, I asked for Coffin shape. The color is nice though. Tried out Malibu Nail Spa on Enclave for a pedicure. Loooooove it! Very clean and elegant looking. I chose the Jelly Pedi, so relaxing, came with a 20 min massage, paraffin wax on my feet and hands, hot stone massage, sugar scrub, and shoulder rub. I was in heaven! I orginally had duck tips and asked to keep the same style with white tips but left with white clumped up tips in a disgusting shape. After patronizing this spa since it's opening four years ago, I will not be going back. There was an issue with my nails today when I called back to ask a question. Coco was very rude to me telling me that she was the manager there, and that it was her job to run the front desk. Offering me a 10% discount. The next time I came in which didn't even cover half of the tip that I left today. I will not be returning, my nails were not done as I asked. This was the second time in a row That they were not to my satisfaction, adding Coco's rudeness on top of it. I think Jewlz, the owner needs to be aware of what's going on in her salon. I was very disappointed with my experience, which is sad because the man who did my pedicure was amazing. His name is Justin and I highly recommend. As for the woman who did my manicure I am so very disappointed. I left the salon with one lumpy nail that was two different colors because she did not remove my old nails. My thumb nail has bubbled in the dip; my ring finger is filed crooked with a slight square instead of almond at the tip; she did not remove my old tips at all or ask how long I would like them. She cut my finger which was bleeding when I left. I paid $101 for my service and will not be going back. I'm very upset with the outcome. read more

I didn't think a French mani would be that hard but the polish was very uneven (see pics for reference). I was also left with residual nail polish all over my pinky and ring finger. This nail salon is the nicest, cleanest and best in customer service that I've encountered. While I was getting a relaxing pedicure, I was offered a complimentary drink, pina colada-yummy! I then started getting my acrylic nails done and all was going well. Until, I saw that my nails were nothing like the picture I had shown the technician. They were bulky and not shaped as I requested. I was disappointed, but didn't want to make her feel bad so I said thank you and walked to the front desk to pay for services. I then expressed my need for a better more experienced technician for my next appt. and was immediately asked if something was wrong. I showed the young girl my nails and told her I was not really happy with the shape or look. She asked the manager (Coco) to come over and take a look and she apologized and said she would have someone fix them. Then came two wonderful ladies (Sara and Amy) to save the day. I attended this salon based on multiple recommendations In Saturday 5/25/2019 but I am very dissatisfied. I spent almost $100 for my nails and pedicure to look this bad? I had scheduled a follow up appointment immediately afterwards but am going to cancel after having the chance to look at the job done in better lighting. Everything is darker lighting in the salon which I assume is to help with the relaxation vibe but you can't really see the errors very well because of this. My pedicure felt great massage wise and the station was very clean and all products were fresh out of sterilization bags but the end result of my polish and nail maintenance is not worth what I paid. For my nails I got acrylic nails placed on and they are rough on the edges, cuticles weren't cleaned up at all, and they are all different lengths. I am just so disappointed. read more

My toenails were orange and my pointer was accented in red. Since the lighting is blue I couldn't tell until I left. I usually go to a nail spa that offers fruit and neck massages for extra $. This place did not offer this. They are known to have amazing nail artists, so I asked for some one knowledgeable and was underwhelmed when I had to explain short stiletto nails.
