Do not trust this shop. I asked for a design and got something that looked like a toddler drew it. I let it go. Got to the front and tap doesn't work. It kept declining. I called bank and bank verified that my card was fine. I offer to leave my phone and get my physical card. The girl in front says "I have to get manager every time this happens". I offer to have someone walk with me to my car. They said no. I end up having to walk to my car anyway to get the physical card and cash just in case. The lady is standing outside with me and says nothing as I am walking back in. It is important to get paid but so is treating people with decency. This is why people are no longer going to these shops. Limited skills and bad attitudes. read more

I usually go to Milano's but today I wanted to try something different. Unfortunately, today I was left unsatisfied. I asked for short almond shaped nails since my hands are super thin and the product was applied super thick making my nail beds appear bigger than they are. My nails look like I have round chunks on them compared to how I usually get them. I also received a pedicure which the job itself was no complaints but the service was very rough the tech was super rough and made my toes bleed and during the massage my legs were turning red from how rough she was rubbing with the leg scrub. Im here to update a review. The first time i went, the service was amazing and i loved my nails. Now, the second time i came here i experienced bad different situations. 1. Shellac: they couldn't understand that i wanted shellac on my nails, NOT on my toes. The guy was laughing at me and acting like I was confused... 2. Nail Color: when i started to look at the colors available, i wanted a dark red, which in the palette i could see inly few options, i told them what color im interested in, and when i saw the color, was lighter than the sample... so i told them that i want a darker tone... and they just keep telling me that, that color was the one i chose. I know i chose that color, i just wanted another and darker, THEY INSISTED the color was the one I chose... i had to repeat myself multiple times and still not understand that i wanted a darker RED!?! They were persistent that is the color that i chose.... Plus they were laughing... wtf?? I ended agree with that color.. and i still dont like it but they were about to close.. so i guess that is why they behaving that way because they wanted to leave. 3. I chose the spearmint scrub and it was invigorating - not just the standard scrub. Bonus points- the chairs are heavenly! I have been getting my pedicure with Tom for about 3 months now and every time it's such a great experience! Tom is so nice and thorough the entire appointment. I suffer from terrible ingrowns on both of my big toes and he takes them both out completely. The best part of my experience is the massage! Tom has amazing pressure and makes me feel very relaxed. Tom has gained a client for life, I can't ever go elsewhere now! 10/10 would recommend! read more

Every time i come to this place, I get the exact same thing yet the price can vary by as much as $30 and they never explain it. 2 days ago i went and asked if it was possible to add a matte finish to my color-powder nails and they said I could. Well at the end of it, they had speckled dots all over my nails. The lady said it was due to adding matte to my powder nails. Never offered to fix it. Waved me off. Today i came back to get them fixed as they are my birthday nails and said since they look like trash, i just want to fix them with regular shellac. They charged me $25 to fix their mistake and i am seriously in shock right now. In total i have spent now $160 on a pedicure and full set. Total rip off, very unprofessional, and i can't believe they have the audacity to charge me $25 to add a new set of gel after they let me leave with dotty nails 2 days ago. I get there and I'm being serviced by another person then the one I was supposed to be with. That person does my service and my toe nail is crooked, I come in the next day to get it fixed and they said the wait would be 10-15mins I was in there for almost an hour and had not been seen, I ended up leaving because that's ridiculous. read more

I have been going here for many years. For my prom I went in to get my toes done and I got a pedicure with shellac and a red French tip. The lady was doing my toenails and she ripped off half of my middle toenail to where it was bleeding and extremely painful. I went to tell the manager about it and the nailed lady lied and said I had already had a crack in my toenail. This was incorrect because I had an old set of shellac nail polish on. She had to take off and there was no crack and I have pictures to prove it. She charged me $22 for the shellac. I find this to be very unprofessional because I was not given a refund. I was not told that I would be charged $22 for the shellac and the whole set was $62 for a $35 pedicure. The lady was not reprimanded and now I'm missing half of my toenail, do not go. If you are gonna go ask for a male to do your toes do better than that lady. read more

I've come here a few times to get pedicures, Sue and another lady have serviced me and was great. I decided to get my nails done for the first time here. Terrible experience. Nancy did my nails and was VERY heavy handed that she made THREE of my nails bleed on my left hand. She didn't even do much about it and just kept painting my nails and they looked terrible with the nail polish and blood all around my nails. This is how people get fungus and lose their nail because it's unsanitary and they probably use the same material on everyone. Ive also seen other reviews of peoples cuticles bleeding as well. What a bad experience at this place. I usually get my nails done here. The lady used a tool called French Nail Trimmer. I have never seen a tool like this, so I looked it up. A few seconds after she used the tool, I told her my fingers were burning and tingling. She used rubbing alcohol on my finger it helped for a bit, but then I felt it again. I didn't think anything of it until I got home. The tools they use to have acrylic nails. Are dirty doesn't look like they changed them out or even sterilized them. They look all old. The tool named French Nail Trimmer was dirty I saw the lady just pulled it out of her drawer it still have residue substance on it and after she was done using it with me she put it right back. I asked for my money back and for the nails removed the MANAGER charged me 15 dollars to get the nails removed only had them on for about 3 days because it took her one day to return my call. She tries to tell me I'm allergic to the chemicals (Hahaha). Remember, I have gotten my nail done here numerous times. I had to call my PCP to get some medication for my nails. This place reminded me why I never got my nails done in the first place. You never know if they really clean and sterilize their tools. I will never come back to this place and get my nail done or any other place...... I only come here when I'm in a rush because they're really good about immediately sitting you where's other places makes you wait. However, the quality is not worth how much more they charge than surrounding places. Last time I came, I had shellac chipping within five or so days. Today when I went, the man messed up my shellac twice, barely removed any dead skin, and my nails are now different lengths and not evenly shaped. They look okay from far so it's whatever, but I can definitely see how poorly done they are. I probably won't be back unless it's the only place open because they do stay open later than other places. read more
