I highly recommend visiting this location as not only do they have gorgeous tile etc. but the personal attention was so appreciated. The store is easy to get to and there's plenty of parking and a ramp if you want to avoid the stairs. The layout of the store was easy to follow and find many options. Once you choose options they have a large table you can place all the choices on then decide if too like it or want to take items home. Great experience today. Highly recommend. The ordering process was so efficient and easy. Dominic asked many times if the order was right and confirmed the availability of the tile. The order should take less than two weeks to arrive.

While I liked the tile for a kitchen backsplash very much, I was very disappointed that double of…read morethe amount of the tile was ordered and since it was a special order, it's not returnable as per their policy. I presented them the layout with detailed dimensions and counted on their expertise to calculate how much would be needed. After the install, DOUBLE the amount of tile was left over costing me over $275 plus the extra $115 to have it shipped. My advice is to NOT LET THEM DO THE CALCULATION OF HOW MUCH TILE IS NEEDED and avoid special orders with them.

No one working at store or the number that they give you has a number for the delivery service to find out why I just received an email saying the delivery is scheduled for 8-10am tomorrow. The only response I have gotten is to reschedule the delivery. I am cancelling my furniture purchase and will not be ordering anything else from them.

When we asked to send them back and get new cabinets, because they were damaged Jeff would get a huge attitude. He said things like "no cabinets are going to be perfect." He talked down to us in conversation and was extremely rude. On top of that our meetings were never on time. We would be told a certain amount of time and it would take much longer. He made our family feel very uncomfortable having to deal with his behavior. After over a year and a half we received our final cabinets and gave up on the cause. Dealing with him isn't worth getting cabinets that weren't damaged. After posting my review on Facebook, his wife decided to attack me on Facebook and said lies about our family being untrustworthy.
