Jonathan showed us all our options and it was so easy to come up with a decision. When I received drawings, of the new door, they were perfect and forwarded to our HOA. I think the HOA approved within 3-4 days. I can't remember the name of the man who came to measure, however, he must have measured each aspect of the door at least 3 times, maybe more. They installed the faucet incorrectly and the drawer would not close because it hit the drain pipe. Which was never an issue in the thirty years we lived in the house. Notified Fireplace & Granite immediately and sent photos and then a video they requested because they were too busy to come see the issue. Days went by with no response. We ended up hiring a plumber to adjust the faucet drain pipe. Our salesman (Travis) instructed us to pay the bill and said they would send a check to cover the repairs. Then nothing but excuses when we asked about the refund. "Only the owner can sign checks and he's on vacation. He will send a check when he get's back in town." Months later and still and no reimbursement. Now they don't bother replying to inquiries. Buyer beware.
