Never called us, never talked to us about it, never took any steps to combat it. Lawn is WRECKED! They had no issues sending us a bill every month though. Either the owner knew about it and ignored it. Which is thievery. Or didn't know and can't hire people competent enough to stay on top of it. Which is complete negligence.
