Dr. Eisenman is a wonderful podiatrist and i have had, and continue to have great care. However, she sold her practice and is now an employee of a Reading based company called Health One. She had fitted me for orthotics before the sale. I needed a minor adjustment after the sale. She made a minor adjustment on the orthodic which took her less than a minute. I was charged $121. When I called the practice to ask about the charge, I was told by a very rude representative that if I see the doctor for even one minute, the charge is for a full office visit. read more

Finding a podiatrist who actually takes insurance is a fool's errand. And yet, after calling dozens of numbers, I managed to find Dr. Eisenman, who is so wonderful that she's worth every penny, even if she didn't take my insurance (but I'm glad she does). Really thorough and excellent treatment, but also very kind and lovely as a person, which I find comforting in any doctor. Backstory - I've had flat feet ever since I was a kid, but it was only when I was in my 20s that I really started paying attention to it. After reading a few scary articles about the extreme consequences of not getting the condition treated by a podiatrist, I made an appointment and got my first pair of orthotics. Fast forward 10 years - I've been doing a lot of walking during the COVID19 pandemic to avoid public transit, and it quickly became obvious that my orthotics were completely worn out. After finally managing to find and get an appointment with Dr. Eisenman, I I was first impressed by how conscientious her office is about COVID19 safety measures. Then during the appointment, she went over my history, assessed just how low my arches were (essentially nonexistent), and tested my foot and leg muscle strength. Then she used specialized computer scanning technology to get me fitted for orthotics that would be appropriate for my walking pattern. The first podiatrist I went to definitely didn't have anything that fancy! Three weeks later I went back and picked up my new orthotics. Insurance doesn't cover those, but if they last me another 10 years, definitely worth it. Super happy with Dr. Eisenman's work, highly recommend her for all pediatric needs! read more

Doctor Eisenman was amazing. I had this super painful corn on my toe that i was almost in tears when I was walking. She was so caring so professional and so knowledgeable. She immediately treated it and the pain was literally gone immediately. She perscribed me an ointment and didn't expose me to unnecessary xray. I feel so lucky that I have found her and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an amazing podiatrist. Her office was very responsive and scheduling an appointment was very easy. I had Dr. Eisenman make me orthotics. They r WONDERFUL. The orthotics were made from impressions, so they r uniquely for me. So I ended up going to Dr. Eisenman's office after I had scheduled multiple appointments with other podiatrists in the city, for them to only cancel my appointments without notice. I was frustrated and felt like I was running out of options. But then I tried once more. Dr. Eisenman's Office helped me so much. So I came in with what I thought were foot warts, but turned out to be corns. More than 5 other doctors had misdiagnosed and mistreated for years, causing excessive pain and costly procedures. Dr. Eisenman had the experience and the tools to treat me instantly, with instant pain relief. She was able to explain to me the reason that wart treatment wasn't making my corns go away, why they were painful, and steps I could take to stop them from reoccurring. Dr. Eisenman is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. The wait was fair given i was a new patient. Dr eisenman touched my foot and ankle region without any awkward hesitation like other providers--nothing gross about my feet, she just knows what she is doing. She felt a potential cyst on my ankle and provided me with a very thurough examination. She also gave me excellent advice and suggested a provider to perform an ultrasound on a cyst she found and was unrelated to my visit. I come here as a regular patient, not a sports patient. I have to say, This doctor knows her sh#t. I feel very comfortable with her and she informs me of what to do to PREVENT myself from being in the doctors office again - rather than bringing me back over and over. Five stars. I called Dr. Eisenman's office late on a Tuesday afternoon and left a message saying that my teenage son had an infected toe. I was called back at 8 am Wednesday , and was offered an appointment for my son that afternoon at 4 PM. Dr. Eisenman saw him and diagnosed an ingrown toenail and infected toe. She took care of it with some minor surgery and cauterization. It was painless, and he said that she explained everything to him carefully and in detail. She did an excellent job. Her nurse and her receptionist were also very kind and very helpful. He left with clear instructions, a note for his employer, and a prescription. Overall, his care was excellent, and we are very happy with the Doctor and her practice. read more

Do not go here! She will just waste your money by saying you need orthotics when you really don't. I had been having ankle pain in both legs for a few months. I was about to train for a half-marathon so I was worried that this pain would keep me from training. I went to Dr. Eisenman because she is close to my work and my insurance would cover my visits. She told me I was in dire need of support, but after wearing the orthotics for six months, I saw no improvements. I went to her office about two or three times after the orthotics telling her I still had pain, but she would rush through my appointments and even see other patients while she was still consulting me. I had enough so I went to a sports medicine specialist at University of Penn who said I had tendonitis in both ankles and that my arches were fine and that I need to stop wearing the orthotics!! Do not go here if you are a runner or an kind of athlete--She will only try to force orthotics on you! read more

worst office staff I have ever encountered. dpm is in my health insurance network, and they would not accept my card unless I provided them with a medicare card and my social. when I said that this was not requested when I made the appointment, I was told I should have known. so, I needed this service, and said I would pay cash as long as I get receipt for my insurance company. then, they wanted to make a copy of my health insurance card and I refused because I was paying cash. the staff person got really nasty. at that point I walked out, as she ran after me and slammed the door. the dpm did nothing to alleviate the situation. read more
