The way Dr. D'Ortone's demeanor changed after I responded negatively to the orthotic was appalling. He questioned, "Why are you wasting my time?", "Do you even have pain in your foot?" I hope Dr. D'Ortone reads this message and strives to understand and listen to his patient's concerns instead of jumping to conclusions and gaslighting them.
