First, he's a huge fan of treating foot problems without surgery. This is a Good Thing, because operations on the foot can cause all sorts of complications! Second, unlike most podiatrists, if you get orthotics, he doesn't just hand you a pair and send you on your way--if you continue to have problems, he'll have you back in a week or two and see about making adjustments. For me, this was crucial. Third, unlike most doctors, it's not just him treating you. He has a common area and a small army of nurses who help with treatment as well. This reduces the wait time for an appointment. Most of my appointments take less than an hour from entering the office to leaving it. A more specific story about non-surgical treatment--many years ago I had a morton's neuroma (pinched nerve) in my foot which was resolved. But about 2 months ago, it came back! I set up an appointment with Dr. Diamond, and because it was not too severe, he was able to treat it with acupuncture. After 3 sessions over the last two weeks, I am feeling much better and no longer walking with a limp! 6/5 stars.

Upon arrival I was told that the doctor was on maternity leave and that I would be seeing someone else. During this visit my foot was looked at and I was told that I would need to schedule another appointment with doctor. So this annoyed me because now two times I have to pay for co pays and two times my insurance was charged for the same visits. After my visit, I was told I should get bunion removed and that surgery scheduler will call me. After weeks of waiting for a call that never came, I called dr office and was told they will have someone call me. I have no lost all trust and confidence with this doctors office and have since gone elsewhere.

Each of Dr. Troianos residents are diligently hand-taught by him directly or via his unique practices--as it is a tecahing hospital--all of which is extremely evident through the numerous successful surgeries/procedures I've had through them. There are no good doctors there they are all very rough very cold hard it all they care about is money. My most recent doctor was Dr. Gottlieb He is the worst along with Zarro if he's still there ! Dr. Gottlieb talked me into getting my toenail removed because I had an ingrown toenail that would keep coming back every 3 to 4 weeks. I did not want to get that done. He kind of forced me to do it so I did in January my toe is infected in a matter of a couple of days, I went back twice for the infection until I decided to go to another foot doctor a month after that my toe is still not right going on three months. I haven't been able to keep shoes on and the worst part is that he kept on charging me a co-pay for the same toe that he messed up. That's all they care about is money. I would never go back here again now he lost me and any family members of mine that would go to that office. I do not recommend that office at all .
