I tried, unsuccessfully, to call him and asked him repeatedly to call me. After 2 days he said he would call that evening after he completed his work. He didn't call. By this time it was 2 days before the move. I tried scheduling another mover but they were booked. A day before the move I responded that I would be leaving a negative review. He immediately responded that his son had been in a car accident that day. While I sympathize and hope everyone involved was ok that doesn't explain his lack of communication on the previous days.

I will NEVER have them pack and transport my HHG again. On the day of delivery, they were one hour…read morelate. Mind you I was scheduled to PCS four days later. It was not easy to monitor each and every packer as I was moving throughout each room to make sure they packed everything. I noticed that they failed to number each item. They underestimated how much I actually had and informed me they would return the following day to pack the remainder of my goods. No one showed up the next day. I called the company and was informed that they would come Thursday. It rained each day they packed my goods if that's a sign of anything. On the last day they sort of started just putting things in boxes. Later I noticed they failed to pack my 12 speed bike at all so I had to leave it with a neighbor. On Friday they picked up all of my goods. Good! DPS told me they had a no later than date of 1 July to deliver my HHG. I was like, great, since I planned to go out of town the next day. Mind you my HHG were picked up 21 July. 1 July comes around and no call from moving company. Later, I receive a call from them while out of country on vacation. They explain to me that my HHG could not be delivered on 1 July but they would do it on 16 July instead. Ookkkk. Fine. I return from vacation, they deliver my stuff as a planned on 16 July. The movers bring things in and I check off items. As they are calling out things, they complain about the boxes not being properly labeled as they should have been (this is Mayflower - never had issues with them in previous moves- should have had them mo e my things from MO!) When they finished they started preparing me to sign of on the inventory sheets. I'm like, wait, where is my vacuum? Where are my large floor length mirrors? Where is my dining table?! Where are my televisions?!!! The movers in MO had not delivered all of my goods! The movers leave and I call my transportation provider and explain that I'm missing items. It takes about two weeks between me calling and the provider calling to determine that Mallory Van and Storage finally located my things. It took another week for them to deliver my other goods. That happened today, 16 AUG. Guess what? I am still missing one large mirror, a television, dresser and many of my boxes. I just do not know what to say about this company other than they are absolutely awful. Mayflower was unable to assemble any of my beds or furniture because Mallory did not consolidate all of the screws and parts and pack them in a box for parts. So now I have a useless couch and bed frames unless I purchase screws. I was forced to buy inflatable mattresses and other basic house supplies for nearly three weeks waiting on my HHG and I am still missing things 30 days after my first shipment of delivered HHG. Absolutely unacceptable. If you actually read all of this, you have been warned. I plan to file an inconvenience claim and damaged and missing items claims. Unbelievable. NOTE: this was a military move.

The actual movers were very polite but said they could not do that. White sofa was not wrapped and arrived with filthy hand prints. Upon contact with owner, he was rude, and said all of that was not in the contract. However, she had asked for contract 3 times prior to moving day. Should have been our first red flag. They didn't do what he said would be done and she paid for twice the time it took. Would not use again!

Otherwise, these guys ( 3 of them ) did not waste any time and were very polite and professional. I called multiple movers and they were one of the very reasonable ones.
