Building a new home is a nightmare!!! Trying to find Companies that have excellent customer…read moreservices is extremely rare. Most companies I have dealt with have no follow thru, I was the one constantly calling them for updates. After I found a stone slab I went to Absolute for fabrication. I was greeted by Sara with a smile and interest in my project. She went above and beyond to help me with all aspects of my project even calling me after hours and weekends with updates. Also the owner Sander called me personally to assist with my delivery. To Sander, Sara and all the staff at Absolute, YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! Thank you Debra Ross

Back I went to Absolute because everywhere else in the area for direct to consumer remnants just…read moresucks. Their prices are good for remnants and the responsiveness is excellent. Not to say I haven't had a few issues each time, however. The first major problem was documented in review 1. I made sure that I was CLEAR this time in the sink mounting. For reference, this piece of black honed granite for a a vanity console top, fabricated from a remnant for pickup (no install or measurement) is $750. Mitered edges are labor intensive and I get that. I was good with the price. My only issue is that one side is slightly longer than the other such that it doesn't sit flat on the console base. The measuring tape and level finally answered this for me. That said, I've gone months without a sink so I'm making this work and it's gorgeous.

Busenbark RUN BABY RUN-- BUYERS BE WARE!!!!…read moreA $4,000+ investment for new kitchen counter tops and Disillusioned !! The counter top sales, and fabrication department is beyond very poor. This was not my first kitchen counter top or rodeo. Individual who measured and guys who completed install did a great job with what they had to work with. I selected Busenbark because of local, and great job on my luxury vinyl floor install by Chris. Also sales guy said they were cheaper than Lowe's because they did their own fabrication. I can see why cheaper. Previous quartz install from Lowe's and Hallmark Stone never had these issues or poor workmanship using a big slab of quartz. Pattern and vein lines do not line up at seams. Back splash definitely does not line up with the counter top. While some variation can be considered "within tolerance," a visible difference in color, tone, or vein alignment is frequently due to fabricator error and should be addressed. Professional, high-quality installations typically aim to match veining to create a continuous,, near-invisible seam. Poor Fabrication & Layout: Fabricators might not properly plan the seam, failing to align the "flow" of the pattern or using remnants that do not match the main slab. Mismatched seams should not be accepted if they are drastically different. In reporting issue to Chad one of the owners his response was "What do you want me to do about it?" He should be telling me here is what we can do vs excuses. My bad that I did not read other reviews regarding the poor fabrication that is an ongoing issue with this company. Bottom line, the contract you have to sign for install protects the seller and not the BUYER. Also, 1/2 down prior to fabrication and paid in full proportion prior install. You have no recourse. It's a lose-lose situation for BUYER of PRODUCT. Beware is sales person pushing himself as Christian when he will say or do anything for the sale like a used car salesman!

Service was acceptable, but installation was TERRIBLE! Do not use this store. Totally worst…read moreexperience I've ever had. Installer was on his phone the entire time he was working. The seams are visible everywhere. Furniture was paid to be moved but installer complained he shouldn't have to move. There was nothing good about this job. The store is no longer Busenbark's so beware of this place. I would never recommend their products or their service.
