I called to clarify a charge on my father's bill for "Instant Answer Term Insurance," something we never requested and that my father had declined multiple times. When I asked about it, Francisco claimed this insurance would give us a 25% auto discount and mentioned an email that was supposedly sent in February. Well, guess what? There was no such email, and nothing in my father's documents mentioned this either. When I pointed this out, instead of helping, Francisco got defensive and downright hostile. He even used some inappropriate language, which was completely unprofessional. This is not the kind of service I expected from State Farm. I hope they take this matter seriously and address this issue. If you're considering this agent, I'd recommend you think twice.

They never return phone calls or follow up with things they say they will do. I had to cancel a policy, left a message, no reply.
